Welcome to Griselles 2!

In a secure, newly built residence, on the heights of Orient Bay, you will stay up to 4 people in this superb apartment on the ground floor with a large sun terrace and its view of the sea and Saint Barth!

The apartment, fully air conditioned and with Wifi, is made up of a bright living room with open kitchenette, convertible sofa with 160*200 daily sleeping type mattress, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a queen size bedA water area is open to the bedroom with a walk in shower separated by a screen for more privacy.

Linen is provided free of charge (bath towels, beach towels and sheets).

You can enjoy the residence's infinity pool!

The accommodation has a water reserve (chlorinated) which will be very useful in the event of water cuts, inherent to island life.

A 15 minute walk from the very wild Galion Beach and Orient Bay with some famous restaurants like Aloha, Orange Fever...

To guarantee the success of your stay, the CAP SXM team, the concierge service which manages the accommodation, will be at your disposal before and during your stay to organize your activities, rent your vehicle, carry out shopping, tourist recommendations or quite simply to give you the first advice on arrival.

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. There is a water cistern with chlorine to help There may also be power outages. Internet can sometimes be low. These are the downsides of island life! The residence is located in a peaceful area. However, the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them. We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. Extra baby or extra bed, on request and subject to availability
