Cute 1-bedroom apartment located above the garage and separate from the main house. Located on 500 feet of waterfront property on the peaceful Kershaw Creek that leads to Nuese River. Private and secluded with a kitchenette, parking, private dock access, and 4'+ deep boat parking.

Fishing access right from the shore or dock.

We also have another listed rental on the property, a fully hooked up travel trailer sleeps 4-6 if you need more space for bigger groups. See profile for other listing.

There are dogs located in the main house but can be separated by gate.


Kayak's available for rent.
The space
The upstairs apartment has 1 bedroom and a small kitchenette located above the garage. The kitchen features a 2 burner electric stove, dorm sized fridge, coffee maker, and all cooking essentials. There is a separate bathroom with shower and a hallway with 3 huge closets. There is a small table with 2 chairs in the kitchen.
Guest access
The back yard is gated for the owners dogs, but there is access to a yard, BBQ, firepit, and huge private dock for fishing, boating, or kayaking. There is a long private driveway with parking available.
Other things to note
Located right on the Kershaw creek which leads to Nuese River and Intercoastal. The property has a private dock as well as access to a private boat launch and 4'+ deep boat parking if needed. Boat trailers, kayak trailers and multiple vehicle parking.

We loved staying in this gorgeous location. Something about being right on the water is so soothing. There were also lots of little details that elevated our stay. (Extra pillows, toiletries, welcome bag, and more) We loved it!

Relaxing on the dock and kayaking on the Kershaw creek was the perfect vacation for us. The property is comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. A wonderful getaway.
