Holiday home with private pool and enclosed garden, 30 minutes south of Bordeaux

Welcome to this characterful, fully private holiday home, peacefully set in the natural surroundings of Gironde. The house and its pool are exclusively for your use, with no sharing with other guests, ensuring full privacy and relaxation throughout your stay.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one of which also includes a bunk bed. A baby cot can be provided upon request. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room create a warm space for family or friends to gather. Board games and Wi-Fi are available for both children and adults.

Outside, enjoy a covered area for aperitifs, a large table under the pergola with wisteria for outdoor meals, and a built-in barbecue. The private pool (10 x 5 m) is secure, with a gradual depth (1 m to 1.80 m), perfect for relaxing with children. The house, built from brick and wood, stays naturally cool in summer without the need for air conditioning.

Each season offers something special: summer for swimming and outdoor meals, autumn for picking local mushrooms, winter for cozy evenings by the large fireplace and communal table, and spring for walks in the forest while enjoying the sounds of nature awakening.

Rates and Availability:

Summer (late June to early September): €1200 per week
Minimum stay 1–2 weeks depending on the period (Saturday to Saturday)

Location:

The holiday home is located in Origne, 30–45 minutes south of Bordeaux, 45 minutes from Biscarrosse and the Dune du Pilat, 1 hour from Arcachon, 1 hour 15 minutes from Agen, and 2 hours from Toulouse via the motorway.

Nearby, you will find Hostens leisure center (10 min), Louchats stables (5 min), Villandraut and Baume water sports centers, as well as the prestigious vineyards of Sauternais and many historic castles. The medieval villages of Bazas, La Réole, Rions, and Saint-Macaire, as well as the Bastides of Entre-deux-Mers, are all within 20 km.
