Bright spacious and comfortable 2 Bedroom Apartment

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor Granada apartment located at the popular Residential La Cinuelica, Punta Marina, Los Altos, is in close proximity to the beach, local supermarkets and bars and restaurants. The town and marina of Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive away.
The living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, sideboard unit, coffee table, Smart TV, Free WIFI, sound box, dining table and 4 chairs, with Air Conditioning fitted for your comfort. An archway leads to the kitchen and a utility room housing a washing machine.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and 2 bedside cabinets with drawers.. Duvets for the winter months. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes with chest of drawers.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower with sliding doors, bidet, toilet and sink with mirror and light and cabinate.
Additional Items:
Ironing board and iron, clothes airer, hair dryer, books and games, 2 sunbeds, 1 beach chair, beach umbrella.
The property has use of a communal swimming pool which is located in front of the building along with a landscaped garden.
There is also plenty of parking in front of the apartment.
The property has a balcony area to the front and it is equipped with table and chairs with visibility of the Mediterranean.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a strickly NO SMOKING policy.
The property is suitable for couples, familes, golfers.

Residence et piscine, trÚs bien. Ménage a ameliorer (immonde sous le canapé). Gerante non disponible en cas de problÚme. La porte s'est refermé avec les clés à l'intérieure et une pizza au four mais la gérante n'a pas voulu nous ouvrir car "c'était samedi soir" selon ses mots. Nous avons donc dû appeler un serrurier, 150 euros... pour d'autres raisons nous aurions compris mais juste parce que c'était samedi et qu'elle avait la flemme... ce n'est pas trÚs sympathique.

It is centrally located to local amenities and is only a short drive to the beach, local large shopping centre and large town. It is clean and comfortable.When contacting the hosts I have always found them helpful and responsive.

LĂ€tt att komma fram till, behjĂ€lpliga med transfer. Poolen sĂ„g ut som pĂ„ bilderna och lĂ„g rakt över parkeringen sĂ„ den var nĂ€rmre Ă€n vad vi trodde. Man hade verken morgon eller kvĂ€lls sol pĂ„ balkongen. OmrĂ„det lĂ„g vĂ€ldigt nĂ€ra en livsmedelsaffĂ€r. Det största negativa var ac:n som var inkopplad till en rörelse detektor, vĂ€ldigt smart för att spara pĂ„ ström men nĂ€r den stĂ€ngs av hela tiden Ă€r det inte lika roligt. Hade det inte varit för den sĂ„ hade det varit topp betyg. Rubriken pĂ„ annonsen tycker vi inte stĂ€mmer överens med hur det var för det var inte modernt, hade man skrivit ” charmig spansk lĂ€genhet med balkong” hade det stĂ€mt mer övertĂ€ns. Men som sagt man fĂ„r vad man betalar för och det visste vi sĂ„ vi kan inte gnĂ€lla för mkt. Ägaren var vĂ€ldigt trevlig och snabb pĂ„ kommunicera vilket var mkt bra.

Excelente relaciĂłn calidad-precio. El apartamento estĂĄ super bien, todo funciona perfectamente y estaba muy limpio. Lo Ășnico levemente negativo es que no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, sino ventilador de techo. Para nuestros hijos nos vino mejor porque con aire no pueden dormir, pero para nosotros es un poco justo. La zona de piscina super bien tambiĂ©n.

Beautiful apartment close to the pool and supermarket and a range of restaurants. Check in was so easy, communication with host was fantastic and welcoming. All facilities were perfect, we had everything we could need. Only downside was the air conditioning was not in all the rooms making it quite difficult for the kids to sleep and ceiling fan in the main bedroom wasn’t enough for the hot weather at night when we stayed in July. The air conditioning timed out every 20 minutes so we had to get up through the night to turn it on. We did experience a heat wave when there so more than likely down to the time we went. Overall it was great and I would stay again! Thankyou

Excellent stay

The apartment was excellent with everything and more, that you could possibly need. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Yes its a ten minutes walk to a shop , restaurants and bars but who doesn't do their research before booking. The location is excellent though, so quiet. The pool area is clean and tidy. The apartment even comes with a couple of lounge chairs for the pool. Everything you could need for a stay here, was available at the apartment. The small touches like milk in the fridge, sugar, tea bags etc go such a long way. Loads of parking right outside too. The perfect stay

Vacaciones tranquilas

La zona es excepcional y muy tranquila. Tienes comercios que puedes ir andando y la Zenia bulevar a cinco minutos en coche. Y las playas tambiĂ©n a cinco minutos en coche. La zona muy tranquila, se puede descansar bien. Las piscinas muy cuidadas y poco saturadas. Aparcamiento al lado de la casa en parking privado y vigilado con cĂĄmaras. La casa es amplia, le falta algĂșn mueble en el salĂłn, con respecto al año anterior se ha cambiado la lavadora, tendedero y ventilador roto. AsĂ­ que genial. Tiene buena conexiĂłn Wi-Fi, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo. Buena comunicaciĂłn con la propietaria y se preocupa de las posibles anomalĂ­as. Es el tercer año que repito y ha subsanado los detalles que comentĂ© el año pasado. Por eso es mi repetirĂ© el año que viene sin pensarlo.

Publicidad engañosa

SegĂșn el anuncio la playa estĂĄ a 10-15 minutos andando. Tras pagar por el alojamiento pongo en “google maps” la distancia que hay andando desde la ubicaciĂłn exacta hasta la cala mĂĄs cercana (cala llena de algas en la que como te metas algo mĂĄs que los pies te conviertes en parte de la fauna marina), resulta que aparece que son 35 minutos andando “oh vaya, quĂ© raro, voy a escribir a la propietaria, se tratarĂĄ de un error”. La escribo y me dice “no voy a hacerte ningĂșn reembolso porque lo diga una aplicaciĂłn “. Y bueno, vale, entendible, teniendo en cuenta que casi nunca se confunde. Mi respuesta fue “No se preocupe, ya lo comprobarĂ© personalmente”, a lo que me responde “Yo si tardo 15 minutos andando, depende del ritmo de cada persona” (a no ser que tengas ruedas en los pies es imposible tardar menos de 30 minutos) A pesar de ello decidimos alojarnos en el apartamento porque no nos querĂ­a reembolsar el dinero ni siquiera parcialmente. Llegamos a Punta prima, a la direcciĂłn que nos enviĂł. DirecciĂłn fatal indicada porque se entra por la calle de atrĂĄs. Nos facilitĂł un telĂ©fono al que llamar ante cualquier duda. Estuvimos llamando 30 minutos, nadie contestaba. A todo esto hay que sumarle el calor que hace en esas calles sin ningĂșn ĂĄrbol. Cuando me cogiĂł la llamada, fue una mujer inglesa a la que yo no entendĂ­a casi nada. Estuvimos 2 horas de reloj hasta que un hombre de la zona nos ayudĂł Casa llena de hormigas y sĂĄbanas con olor a varĂłn Dandy. Aire acondicionado funciona mal

Long stay holiday

I have visited this area for a number of years staying at a variety of properties over the years and can say that I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It is centrally located, 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and within a 15 minute walk from a number of family friendly bars and restaurants. It's a 15 - 20 minute walk to the main parade of shops and restaurants and less than 10 minute drive to the beach. The property itself is set in a quiet area and is not overlooked. It had all the necessary facilities and equipment needed. The pool is private, safe and easily accessed. Parking is easy and plentiful (I would recommend having a car so you can explore wider areas). On the rare occasion I had to contact the host she responded quickly and was helpful and answered my questions.

La estancia fue sĂșper bien.La comunicaciĂłn como Carol estuvo muy bien.El piso necesita un poco de mantenimiento.El aire acondicionado no funcionaba como debĂ­a ,el baño olĂ­a a cloaca muy fuerte y la manguera de la ducha estaba partida,cosa que el agua se salĂ­a antes de llegar.La cocina echĂ© en falta una cafetera y tazas de cafĂ© .Lo mismo que un cazo para servir sopa o alguna otra cosa.Son cositas pequeñas,que no necesitan costar mucho dinero y mejorarĂ­a el apartamento.El resto no tengo ninguna queja.
