Historic Renovated Luxury Estate

The detached lovingly furnished family villa is located in La regia, the popular locality of Cabo Roig (Orejuela Costa). The villa is located on a completely secluded plot, with large garden with lots of privacy, and is ideal for families and friends who want to spend holidays together.
The villa offers a luxury stay for up to 10 people, with
5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, of which 4 are en suite.
Entrance area: conservatory, dining table, satellite TV, living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, shower/WC, 1x bedroom with king-size bed, 1x bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning.
En-Suite, living/dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, satellite TV, bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioning, shower/WC, and exit to private terrace.
En suite, bedroom with a bed (160x 190), and 2x cots, air conditioning, SAT-TV, shower/WC exit to terrace.
Via an external staircase on the upper floor there is a studio with
2 single beds, shower/WC, TV, air conditioning, SAT-TV, and a sun terrace.
Around the villa there are several terraces.
The south-facing building offers sunny and shady outdoor areas, as well as a beautiful pool area with a spacious covered terrace, equipped with 10 seats and 8 sunbeds. Following this there is the typical Spanish outdoor kitchen with barbecue, gas stove, sink, and dishwasher. In addition in the outdoor area there are two storage rooms, each with a washing machine, a solar shower/WC.
Here you are Close to the best golf courses of the Costa Blanka,
such as Campo de Golf Villamartin,
The Ramblas of Campoamor,
and las Colinas Golf & Country Club.
In addition to golf there are many interesting activities, such as go-karting, tennis, water sports. Just a few minutes' drive away, La Zenia Boulevard with 150 shops, numerous cafes, bars and restaurants offers entertainment. There are weekly markets in the immediate vicinity almost every day.
Bed linen and towels are provided for each bed and each guest. (no beach towels).
There is an additional cleaning and linen fee in the amount of 175 euros,
is paid on the day of arrival.
Normal check – at 10. 00 am, arrival at 16. 00 pm after consultation.

TrÚs bel endroit, il y a tout à proximité, centre commerciale et restaurants.

Belle propriĂ©tĂ©, piscine agrĂ©able, grandes chambres climatisĂ©es et bon wifi. Les propriĂ©taires Hans et Lilli sont trĂšs disponible par messagerie, avant, pendant et aprĂšs le booking. L'agent immobilier par contre est un peu harsh pas trĂšs agrĂ©able et difficile Ă  joindre. Le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able, le garage mĂȘme si pas trĂšs utile, car il y a assez de stationnement dans ce quartier calme, est un plus. Tout est Ă  proximitĂ©, plage, restaurants, grand centre commercial Ă  5min en voiture. TrĂšs conseillĂ© pour sa tranquillitĂ©. Karim.

Agréable séjour

Bonjour Nous avons passé des agréables vacances dans cette magnifique villa. Nous avons profité du soleil de juillet et de la piscine à 30°. Je recommande cette villa à 100%. Interesting property. Not quite as expected.

The place was alright, but it did not meet expectations based on the description. Very curious layout; it seems the place was intended to be four separate apartments that lock between them inside the house and each have exterior doors. I have lived in Spain and am familiar with the idiosyncracies but was hoping for something nicer for the family that I had brought to visit. Additionally, we arrived at 9:30 pm on a hot summer day after 24 hours of traveling, and the house was closed up without the AC on and it was stifling hot inside, worse than outside. We were exhausted but had to turn on the AC units in the bedrooms and leave for a couple hours to let the house cool down so that we would be able to sleep.Assessment:-Great location that is walkable to many restaurants & shops and to the coastal path and beach. The walk to the beach/coast path would be about 10-15 minutes.-The pool is great.-AC unit in each bedroom but none in the main areas, which get rather warm.-Space to park within the walls IF you have a small car that will fit under the arch and low door, otherwise you have to park in the narrow street.-Beds were decently comfortable.-Linen fee only gave each person one towel and bathmat, no washcloths or hand towels.-There were some ants and roaches inside - normal in Spain, but offputting to visitors.-Upstairs bedrooms & bathroom only accessible from outside with a key.-Internet did not work the first two days.-Good communication with property manager.

3 weeks of bliss! An absolute pleasure to stay here.

After three weeks of staying at this lovely Villa, I can honestly say that it has been an absolute pleasure and one that I can't wait to repeat in the future! The check-in process was excellent, with Andi meeting us a little earlier than the specified check-in time to accommodate our earlier flight time, which was very kind of him and very much appreciated! From that point, once shown around, we felt immediately at home in what is a warm, clean environment with plenty of beautiful features to enjoy. The rooms are well equipped and can be sectioned off to either be self-contained for individuals seeking privacy or left open for others to come and go as they please. The pool is fantastic, and Andi kept it clean during our stay, which made it almost as appealing on the last day as it was on the first with the great weather we were blessed with pretty much throughout. There is plenty of crockery and utensils to use, and the kitchens both inside and out have everything needed to cook both snacks and large meals, etc. the local restaurants on the Cabo Roig strip, which is situated only a short walk away, are fantastic, and we spent many of our evenings out enjoying them. I could go on, but it's just a great place overall and somewhere that we have felt both safe and at home and I thoroughly recommend it! Marvellous.

We loved this villa .. so much space and there was 11 of us .. but we were never in each others way! For real peace and quiet, I would choose the terror to sleep in if you’re thinking of booking you can’t hear a thing from downstairs😊 Pool was fab and very clean .. would recommend for sure !

Little break away with friends

From start to finish, the communication with owners and manager were great! They were very accommodating when we arrived in the morning. We were able to drop our bags off and go for a wonder and come back at check in time. The location is brilliant. Just over 5 minutes (2 roads away) and your at the strip for bars and restaurants. 10-15mins from the sea, with coastly walks. The villa had everything and more for our stay. The outside dining and pool area was just what we needed. We spent most of our time out there ...Spot on! We only had one issue with no hot water for one afternoon but Andi sorted it within hours. So 10 out 10! We wish we were still there but we will be back....

Family extravaganza

Property was ideal for our large group, the togetherness, yet suitable apartment separation for each smaller group worked well for us, in particular with my daughter and Partner with two young children age 2&3. I would definitely recommend this Villa for. Large close knit group. We already new the area, Caba Roig is a regular spot, so we choose the Villa knowing it was in the perfect spot for us all. We will defo return at some point in the future.
