Here's the breakdown for planning purposes:
The king master bedroom with private bath is downstairs.
A room with two queen beds is also downstairs.
Another full bath is downstairs but isn’t connected to the queen room. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.

Upstairs: two queen bedrooms have a jack-and-jill bathroom in between them.
A king bedroom upstairs has it's own private bathroom.
A twin room and the harry potter room have a bathroom in the hall between them, but not connected to either bedroom.
The twin Frozen room has a jack-and-jill shared bathroom with a queen bedroom.

We have an actively recording Ring Doorbell located on the exterior entryway for the unit. It alerts us to everyone entering or exiting our property.

Spread out and enjoy Florida at it’s best!
Our family of 14 loved our Thanksgiving week at the Windsor house! The home was spacious so everyone had their own spot…even the dog had a great backyard to play frisbee or chase the ball! The pool and jacuzzi were sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for enjoying day and night. The two large gathering areas allowed the younger crew to have some entertainment time apart from those who wanted to sit and visit. The pool table, ping pong table and poker table all got plenty of action and of course the video games were a hit as well. The home was conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment venues including Disney! Response from the host, Bella, was top notch and she quickly supplied our every need. We had an awesome 2023 get together and appreciate her sharing their great vacation home!

Family Trip March 2023
My family and I enjoyed Bella’s home. It was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, and she had floats to bring to the Clubhouse for the Lazy River! We had fun playing pool upstairs and spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and hanging in the hot tub! There was one thing my husband and I noticed though, and this is out of the owners hands, there is a noisy road behind the house…a few times around 4:30 am, we’d either hear motor cycles or the garbage trucks, who would make noise dumping the trash in the bins close to the house. There were a couple reasons I didn’t leave 5 stars…1-Bella doesn’t have a management team and she lives out of state-having a local company to assist if there are any issues is ideal. And 2-We were expected to wash and dry all our towels before leaving. I’ve rented quite a few homes over the years and we’re always asked to only start a wash before leaving. All in all, it was a nice Family Trip!

Our only difficulty was the pool and hot tub were not heated for the first half of our visit and the hot tub did not work correctly, but the Host sent a repairman who corrected it for the remainder of the visit.. Everything else was great!

Wonderful family retreat
This is a very nice property. We hosted a family reunion of 12. We enjoyed each of the gathering areas including pool area, main level and upstairs entertainment. House was well appointed with amenities throughout. Bedrooms comfortable. Location very convenient. Best of all, the host provided helpful information and was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Disney/Universal Vacation
The property was great. Decorated wonderfully for the kids and well equipped to handle a large family. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and everything was in good working order around the home. The owners were wonderful at communicating with us prior to the stay and very response with any questions that arose during the stay. The property is just minutes from Disney and Universal even with the heavy traffic and large enough to bring the whole family along.

Exceptional Experience!
From the time we reserved this home thru the months leading up all the way to check out, Bella was fantastic! She is quick to respond to messages and answer questions. The home is gorgeous. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing and fun. We had everything we could need, lots of towels and every cooking aid to feed a crowd! The beds were all very comfortable. The little touches inside and out really set this home apart from others we have stayed in. The lazy river, pool and bar at the community center are great, too! We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back when we bring family in for a Disney trip! Thanks for everything!!

Beautifully Meeting Expectations
Four Corners met every expectation of a vacation home. Provided more than adequate space for hosting friends for dinner and drinks. The community was outstanding and pleasant. Bella's communication was exceptional. Attending to any and all questions and assisted with any needs during our stay. Above and beyond with replying promptly, even during more off hours. I would surely recommend this vacation home to anyone.

An Orlando boatload
When me and my wife planned to rent this house we decided to bring almost everybody. Our parents our kids and our grandkids. Then we noticed we still had a couple bedrooms left so we invited a couple of our best friends. With all those people this house still didn’t seem crowded. This house is huge and it’s in the perfect location. Never took us more than a few mins to get anywhere we went. The house was very clean when we arrived. The basketball game in the garage got the most use out of all the extras this house has, and it has lots of extras. The owner Bella was very quick to respond every time we had a question and she was very helpful. Anytime we go to Orlando we will try to rent this house.
