Have a cup of coffee while you relax on the balcony of this newly upgraded 4 bedroom, 2 bath condo! Unwind at the end of a fun-filled day in one of the 3 wonderfully decorated bedrooms, each boasting their own TV. Choose from a king bed in the master ensuite with soaking tub, second king bedroom, a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and 2 full-size beds comfortably accommodating up to 10. This lavish condo comes equipped with a 60 in TV the living room, cable, and high-speed internet, and also has a full-size kitchen and full-size washer/dryer inside the unit. The kitchen has all the modern luxuries of your own home, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker and all the dishes and cookware you need to make everything from a quick breakfast to a full-on dinner feast! The condo will include towels, linen, microwave oven, refrigerator, full-size stove, electric toaster, central heat/air, dishes, cookware and utensils, Everything you need for a home away from home. There are elevators in the building so no need to climb stairs!

We are conveniently located within walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and the famous International Drive, which is full of top-rated restaurants, numerous shopping outlets, relaxing spas, and diverting entertainment. Wonderful Stay

This property was perfect for our stay. Super close to the convention center and fantastic grocery store. The property manager was quick to answer questions beforehand. Very clean. We will absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

Condo was very roomy but sparse on decor. There was a echo. Could of used a little better cleaning. The instructions about the tv were missing but a nice man came and got it working. The best part is the view from the patio which was lake front...Enjoyed wayching the waterfowl.

Very nice property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Very close to the pool, close to AAU Volleyball at OCCC and convenient to Universal Orlando, which we hit 3 times while there. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Owners very responsive to any questions. We would stay there again!

Great location and lots of space

This property was much bigger than it looks in pictures. It was listed as a 3 bedroom, but is actually 4 bedrooms. Pros: Great location to Universal parks & top golf, can walk to walgreens & pizza place, very spacious, great view of lake. Cons: The livingroom ceiling has water damage, the info binders need to be cleaned/replaced, deck pillows need cleaning. Overall we loved it and would rent again.

Summer Vacation

Family was there for a quick week vacation. Property was clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. While the pool area was busy it never felt crowded. Bartenders at the pool area were friendly and helpful. Property is close to Disney and Unviersal and a lot of choices for food are nearby. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while attending a national swim meet at the YMCA on International Drive. It was the perfect size place, and the pool and running/walking trail was wonderful. The location was convenient to stores and fun things to do. We had a few minor issues that did not take away from our stay and the company was easy to work with when I called with questions/issues. Thanks for a great visit!

Good place

This is a nice condo, but is probably needing a refresher. It could use a few more kitchen supplies, replace the missing blind and the drain is slow in the tub/shower. We did have the breaker trip twice in the master bed/bath during the night, which could be bad if you were relying on the alarm clock provided. Other than those, fixable issues, it is in a good area and Vista Cay, as a whole is a great place to stay.

Property met our expectations

Property was exactly as pictured. Overall a comfortable base for a busy vacation, touring theme parks, and participating in a Running event. Close to Disney, Universal and Sea World. Easy access to highways made it convenient for all our outings. Those that used the pool facility were satisfied with the pool and hot tub. Some minor maintenance issues that could be addressed, toilet that ran if not checked. in onsuite bathroom, all steak knives in block were broken, no kitchen towel or cloth, entry gate keypad was not lit and a problem to access in the dark.

Spacious but needs updating

This was the first time I had less than a great experience. I immediately reached out to customer service but the end result did not change. The king in the non-master has springs poking you just by sitting on the edge of the bed. The couch was ready for replacement because it was sunken and very low to the ground. The main TV had a poor picture which I believe someone attempted to fix but could not. There was mold or mildew on the shower curtain. Again, not typical but unacceptable and I won't rent this unit again.
