Myself and 4 friends stayed a few days while in town for an event. Our flight landed well before check-in. The host was amazing with communication and even allowed us to check-in early. The location was convenient to everything we needed and we felt safe in the up & coming neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the place was spacious. It met our needs wonderfully.

The place was not clean at all! I spent more than 4 hours cleaning the floors to make it livable. The dust and grime under the beds was disgusting. We had to clean all kitchen utensils before using them. The walls, cabinets bathrooms were filthy. Mildew on the shower and bathtub. Tiny roaches were spotted. Old towels among many other things. The master’s bedroom TV isn’t connected to cable or wi- fi. Not a good neighborhood. I stayed the full contract because it was impossible finding another place with such a short time.

This rental was by far the WORST I've ever stayed in. Renters beware and stay far away. It was in a very sketchy neighborhood to start. It was absolutely filthy upon arrival. There were pubic hairs on the toilet, blood spots on the bathroom floor, dirt all over the floors (we had to were socks bc our feet would turn black), grime on the stove/microwave, stickness in the fridge/freezer, musty towels, dust everywhere. The place also looks nothing like the pictures. It is very poorly maintained. The grass is overgrown with trash including glass (so beware if you're bringing pets). The blinds are broken, curtain rods hanging sideways, kitchen sink leaks, door to hot water heater is hanging off the hinges, backdoor is broken and inoperable, couch is broken in the center and very uncomfortable, the bar stools are rusty. The bathrooms were digusting and didn’t have shower liners, so after you showered the floors were soaking wet. The shower curtains and inside the shower was very moldy. The water pressure is no existent. You can only run one shower at a time and even then there is barely any water pressure and the water only gets luke warm when turned all the way on hot. I did message the host about all of these issues. She only responded with I will talk to the cleaning crew. And sometimes she didn’t respond at all. She never offered solutions or to fix any of the maintenance issues. When I asked for compensation she was extremely rude and lied, so I escalated it through VRBO with

Host was great. Not sure who cleans between the stays but if not the host then she needs to be made aware that there was virtually no cleaning done before our arrival. To the eye the floor looked okay. I took off my shoes and went bare foot and in an hour or so happened to see when I crossed my legs that the bottom of my feet were black. This is not an exaggeration!So I looked deeper. There was a mountain of crumbs that had fallen between the cracks in the cushions of the couch. The dust under the beds was unbelievable. The yard needed mowing and if you walked in the yard there was some sort of little stick like things that clung to your clothes. The house itself was nice and in a good location but the cleanliness was a big drawback!
Forgot to mention finding some roaches in the kitchen!
