The Space:

This spacious 9-bedroom home offers ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy. With 12 beds and 6 bathrooms, there is more than enough room to accommodate your group. The living room is perfect for gathering and spending quality time, while the game room offers entertainment for all ages. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious homemade meals, and the private pool with a terrace is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy the Florida sunshine.



We have done everything to make our home a comfortable and fun place to stay during your Florida vacation. The loft living area was designed for great family moments.



Enjoy family time with a friendly game of billiards, air hockey, or foosball.



Our pool heat fee is $45 per day. Please request the pool heater prior to your arrival, with a minimum of 2 days' notice.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment and tools to prepare any type of meal for you and the family.



Of course, linens and towels are provided. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials upon your arrival. You are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during your stay.



Important Notes



Please note that this home is considered self-catering, although a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soaps, dish soap, and laundry detergent is provided.



Pool & Spa Note:

*Cost: $45/night (3 nights min.), billed separately.

*Request: Contact us after booking. We activate heat 24h prior to arrival if prepaid.

*Weather: System targets 80°F-100°F. In extreme cold, it may auto-pause for safety.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, guests will access the villa through a secure smart lock located at the main entrance. Prior to check-in, you will receive a unique entry code via the Airbnb app. This code will grant you access to the villa throughout your stay. Parking is conveniently available on-site, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful villa!
