Hire this extra large house for less than the price of a 4 bedroom house.
The house is very large 3431 square feet home so plenty of room for everyone.

Six bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably (18 can be accomodated with the couch beds, the crib and a toddler bed). Six miles, 13 minutes drive from Disney World. Four and a half bathrooms. Including pool bathroom very convenient.

Screened swimming pool complete with spa, remote control fibre optic cyclic night lights in pool, pool bathroom. Family room lounge dining room and breakfast nook, and sit up to island bar kitchen. Downstairs en-suite double bedroom. Of the six bedrooms three of the double bedrooms have en-suite all with dual basins. All bathrooms are Marble.

Luxury throughout. 60 inch flat screen in Family room and 46 inch LCD HDTV in master bedroom. All bedrooms have ultra broadband and smart TV's with full Spectrum entertainment package for all rooms so you can use Youtube to watch TV and Netflix and Prime and the full Spectrum TV package. Computer and Multifunction Printer with Scanner, Fax, Card reader, you can print wirelessly from your iphone / ipad / Android device. Laminator. Wireless broadband WiFI 6 allows you to bring your own smartphones, laptops, tablets, games consoles and devices and log on to the internet at high speed in every room in the house.

Really enjoyable stay

We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer. We were let down by another property on Vrbo in the same area with a week to go so it was a great relief that we found this house and that Paul was so helpful and attentive. It gave us great confidence and allowed us to relax. The Vrbo comments were accurate so this set a good expectation. Typical day...A pot of coffee, breakfast, short trip to Disney, hot enjoyable days (with Genie+), then home, pool, and good food. Would go back next week if possible. One recommendation would be a digital welcome book. I understand that the physical books are removed due to COVID but maybe some of the useful info e.g. TV/Cable/OD, trash collections rules, recycling, emergency numbers etc. That said it took less than 24 hours to work everything out and I could have called the Management Company if needed. Thanks Paul

Spacious Beautiful Home

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. Wonderful home with spacious bedrooms and living rooms. Checkin/out process was keyless and easy. Host was reachable all times and was able to remediate all our requests promptly and made our stay happy. Pool is maintained very well. Kids and Adults enjoyed the time. Only thing that was missing is the kids play stuff. I suggest the host to include at least a pool table.

Owner very prompt with response. Pool guy very helpful. In order to make sure pool heats properly, allow pool to recirculate which will allow pool to get to proper set temperature. AC could be a little better
.signs posted to not turn AC below 73 degrees

Ok Place to stay

The house fit our needs. We did have to purchase a few items for the house that we needed for our longer stay, (toilet tissue, wash cloths for the bathroom as there was not one single washcloth!) The house needs a good deep clean. Thankfully we did not have any infant or toddlers that would be crawling on the floor or touching the walls. We had some other issues, but the management company was very quick to come over and resolve the issue for us. Again the house worked for us, lots of rooms for everyone, nice neighborhood, about an hour from the parks and two hours from the beaches.

Big house. Lots of room. Publix right around the corner. 20 minutes to Disney. GPS says 40 minutes to Universal but with traffic it was always over over an hour, some days longer. Definitely recommend this house.

Christmas Stay Home Away From Home

Great Time, Relaxing Stay, Wonderful place

We had a great time, there was lots of room for our large family, the children and teens enjoyed their own living space separated from the adults. Although we were only at the house in the mornings and evenings due to a lot of activities planned it was great hanging out outside. Short drive to the beach, Disney, Universal, shopping and tons of activities. We spent Christmas at the house all day by the pool, grilling and hanging out with each other. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice being able to do laundry and take clean stuff back home. The kitchen was nice and spacious and allowed 8 of us at a time in there cooking and cleaning. The host and management were awesome and responded to any and all questions and needs quickly, even through the holiday. We will be back and will look for this host properties anytime we go somewhere!

Family vacation

Paul and Miranda’s house is in a prime location for all of Orlando’s major attractions, shopping and the beaches at Clearwater and Cocoa Beach. The house itself is fantastic, very generous in size, great pool and hot tub, with all the communication requirements a modern family requires. We know where we’re staying next time we’re in Orlando!

Great value for the money!

Nice house, plenty of space for large family. We had some issues with the ac resetting back to 80 and then leaking, but the management company was notified and quickly fixed the issue. We were unable to find any sheets for the pull out beds, ended up having to make a trip to buy some. The pool and hot tub were nice. It was difficult to park 2 cars in the driveway due to the shrubbery. The plant close to the house by the driveway was prickly and stuck out into the driveway making it difficult to get passengers in and out. Overall, a very pleasant experience, would recommend and do again. Great value for the money.

Fantastic accomodation and great location.

We stayed for one week in April 2019, and I had a fantastic experience. The accommodation is spacious, and more than comfortable. The kitchen space is very usable and very well equipped, with the beds/bedrooms/bathrooms all excellent. The pool is also very nice, and great for the kids. Location wise, it is easy to find from the airport, and within a 20 minute drive of all the Disney parks, with International drive and universal 40 minutes away. There are also multiple eating and shopping options on the drives to the parks, which really helps. Overall, i have no negatives, and would heartily recommend this property to anyone.

Great house. Very roomy

We really enjoyed the house. It was a family reunion vacation stay. We had plenty of room for everyone. Some minor issues, there was a lot of trash left from previous renter as well as some clothing. When we signed in, we let the handling company know about all the issues. They took care of the trash the next day. However, there were other issues. Master closet lights were out, never changed. The corner bedroom and en suite were not cleaned properly and there were slow drains that were reported. Unfortunately no one came back for those. Last thing the water feature on the refrigerator leaks, we thought it may have been the children when they were getting water. We didn’t really look at until the night before we left. You may need to contact the handling company to take care of it for you. Would love to rent again if we are ever in the area. ~Angelica H.

Overall, the house was wonderful. The house was spacious and able to accommodate my family. They really enjoyed the house. It's about 15-20 minutes from Disney. Only complaint is the downstairs bed wasn't comfortable (needs a better mattress).

Great House-Responsive Owners and Management Company-Terrible Beds

First off the owners of this property are responsive and informative. They answered all questions and gave advice prior to arrival. The house itself is great. We had 3 families (11 people total) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool is great and the spa is nice to relax in after a day at the parks (takes about 20 minutes to heat up). The kids had a blast in the pool and it was shallow enough we can leave them in it (5' 10" at the deepest point). The kitchen is fairly stocked with supplies for cooking and the dishwasher is handy (no baking sheets though; we ended up buying a pack of disposable baking sheets for $5). Grocery store is about 5 minutes away. There are no restaurants close to the house which kind of sucked. The washer and dryer on the second floor came in handy as well (went home with close to no laundry to do). The only negative comment on the house is the beds. All of them are rock hard (personal preference I guess), and they all squeak like crazy. While we got used to them upgrading them would be great (personal opinion). Also, renting a BBQ costs $60 for the week (I thought it was complimentary as the owner never mentioned a cost, but it came in handy). The parks are about 40 minutes away with traffic which wasn't too bad. For the cost of the house you get a lot for the money. We would definitely consider renting this space again if the beds were upgraded.
