Nice Hotel, staff was excellent, room very clean, I would of gave excellent rating for all but the rooms are being upgraded other then that I would seay here again.

Worst hotel ever! I wish I could post pictures of the mold, dust and rust! There was a hole in the wall where the fire detector was supposed to be, no emergency plan, no exterior lights on the are we stayed at, and they could have cared less! We didn’t get any room service, and came back from the parks at 9pm to a still dirty room!!!!

I would have given this hotel no stars! Where do I began: let me start off by saying, I realize this is an affordable hotel! However we arrived with no reservation, that was made three months in advance. The maid stole our change (money) and then was asked by her supervisor to return it (after we reported it). There was no explanation or apology. The telephone in our room never worked, however the front desk was sending maintenance on Friday, we are still waiting and the trip is completed. Breakfast was the same daily, food under cooked and resembles the food sold in low cost or discounted warehouse stores. The room smelled of mold and the room is in badly need of updating. The beds are like sleeping on boards. Baymont advertises legacy luxury, they are no where close. It’s best to spend the money and upgrade, you will be cleaner, safer, happier, and nourished!!!!!!

This place is nothing like the pictures posted. There appeared to be people living in the room next to us. The ac didnt work. The maint. Guy had just left we we told. The room had a 1985 look and feel to it. All the lamps were unplugged, forcing us to crawl under the beds to plug them in.....mistake! The room was disgusting. Ive seen cleaner bathrooms in a small town gas station. All of the photos are 100% deceiving. Avoid this place!

This was our 3rd stay here. It's very convenient to get to Disney World. This stay was regrettable because we had cockroaches in the room. They did move us, however the front desk wanted to send someone up first to make sure there actually were cockroaches. That was insulting. The new room was much better and cleaner.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Travelocity should be ashamed of rating that hotel so high. It was a negative rating.

We encountered a slight check-in problem but Arturo from the front desk was very helpful so our overall stay was very pleasant.

Let's start with the good: hotel staff was very friendly and nice. Now the bad: room was musty and may have had mold. The hinges in the bathroom are completely rusted and their is a mildew/mold stain on the back of the bathroom door where a towel was hung too long. I went down to the fitness center and it was a mess as well. No clean towels and dirty towels everywhere. Overall will never stay there again.

The room was full of mold and aerosol. Also infested with palmetto bugs. The manager was not only unhelpful but rude about the whole situation I would not recommend staying here until a lot of renovation has been done.
