A spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and yes, just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney!

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops, tub, and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay.

The condominium sleeps 4 with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom. The bunk bed for 2 kids with a separate full bath for a total of four people. Unit has full-size washer and dryer.

The resort features two levels of under building covered parking with easy elevator access, a work room, arcade, DVD rentals and access to a variety of rental water sport from neighboring Lake Buena Vista Water sports.

Our location is centrally located to all of what Lake Buena Vista and Orlando has to offer from theme parks to fine dining. We are in the heart of the Disney resort area and only minutes to Sea World, Universal and the Convention Center.

Condo was filthy - floors, bathrooms,comforterin bedroom had who knows what on it, walls dirty, dirty puppy pad on balcony, kitchen chairs stained, tv remotes no batteries also lamo shades no light bulbs, furnace room and air filters filthy, fans in bedroom covered in dust, turned it on dust went everywhere affecting allergies severly and of course more dirt, Floors fillthy-had to wear socks feet were filthy after 10 minutes walking in unit, shower head corroded no pressure. It was a nice unit but FILTHY. also kitchen utensils wer bare minimum including missing utensils, will never stay there agin.

Not what is advertised

Do not rent this property! The pictures are not a representation of what is there. A few are the actual property but most are not! Supposed to sleep 6. Ha! Sleeper sofa has plywood for support since springs are broken. Only 5 dinner plates. 4 knives. Only 3 towels, no wash cloths, no kitchen towels. Also went to make coffee and old filter still there filled with old mold. Host not too receptive. Sent some scratchy towels over but quit communicating. The resort is nice, but not this unit. Am wondering if online reviews are actual renters. Will be contacting VRBO. Also did let Blue Heron manager know our concerns.

Awful Experience

It takes a lot for me to complain and leave a negative review. First, this unit needs a deep cleaning. Second, at no fault of the condo owner, but The Blue Heron, we were not able to check into our condo the first night and had to find another hotel at 1 am. The owner was aware of our late check in (after 11pm) and we were told that security from The Blue Heron would be available to check us in. They did not answer the phone, return phone calls, and placed the fault on their security which is contracted out. No one at the Blue Heron took any responsibility at all. It was laughed off because the “security guard’s phone died”. I called the condo owner at 1 am explaining we could not check into the condo and was told he would call back in 5 minutes. He never called back. The Blue Heron also said they would call us with an explanation. They never did. Given our situation, the condo owner should have been more apologetic and OFFERED a one night refund. Not told us no. In addition, The Blue Heron should have offered the property manager’s information and gone out of their way for some kind of compensation. Had the condo owner apologized and refunded the full amount of our expenses at the Holiday Inn and if the Blue Heron had been more professional then I would not be typing this review. There is no reason a family flying from out of town should not be able to access a room they paid for. Completely unacceptable. The location is the only good thing.

Well Located Property with Great View

I was looking for a property well located to family in Orlando with a relaxing water view and that is what I received in this condo. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the lake view while being close to grocery stores, restaurants and local activities. The deck along the water is a nice amenity as a peaceful place to sit and take in nature. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything I needed for my short stay and everything was clean. I could have used another blanket as I tend to be cold at night and the dryer took a considerable amount of time to dry a reasonable load so be sure to leave enough time. I could see a family needing a couple more chairs on the balcony but it worked fine for me. Overall, I enjoyed the property and could recommend for 1-4 people and would return to this location in the future.

Great Location Beautiful View

This Lake Buena Vista condo is located in a resort hotel property. If you are looking for a clean, spacious rental that sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably, 6 with a pull-out sofa with great access to WDW, SeaWorld and Universal Studios this is a good choice. Also has a pool and fitness center and is surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The owner has more than one condo in this resort and like another reviewer, the number we received in our confirmation was different than the front desk was instructed. It worked out but weird. At check-in you get the key, but no information about the amenities listed like pool hours, fitness center location, kayak use, etc. so if you are interested be prepared to ask. The rental was very clean, the bed comfortable, and towels fresh. The kitchen is roomy and adequately furnished for light use but does not anticipate substantial cooking or meal preparation. The thermostat is restricted to 68-72 which was ok most of the time. WiFi was strong and TVs in the master bedroom and living room work well. I would return to this property and recommend it to friends.

Did not get the room number as indicated for the property. Was told it was on the fifth floor, but was on the forth floor. Bed was a bit lumpy and the furniture showed signs of wear and scratches.
