• Security Deposit: A $400 refundable security deposit is required for stays of 28+ days. This is refundable within 7 business days after check-out, pending property condition and any necessary deep cleaning.

• Pool/Hot Tub Heating: Optional (must be requested 2 days in advance; minimum 3 nights). Additional fee applies.
