Great stay at Bella Vida

Lovely large property in Bella Vida with everything that you need in a holiday home. Bella Vida is a gated community which has grown over the years, but is still a great place to stay: close to a huge Walmart, and centrally located to get to the parks. Any issues during the three weeks that we were there were dealt with swiftly, and there was good communication with the owner.

Amazing villa

Had an amazing 2 weeks staying here, all bedrooms were a good size and all had bathrooms, even the children’s rooms which came in very handy. The pool was great and the views even better. Will definitely stay here again. Thankyou Jessica.

House was clean and in a great location. Was a few miles from the event we came down for and also is close to Disney world and other attractions. Would recommend it if looking to stay in the area.

Very Clean Home

The house was amazing and very clean. The beds were not the most comfortable but still clean. I would recommend not paying to get the pool heated if it’s gonna be cold. The pool was still cold and did not really get warm enough to swim because the temp outside was between 50-60 degrees. I guess I misunderstood and thought If the pool was heated it would remain close to the 85 degrees it was set to regardless of the temperature outside as long as it wasn’t freezing. The other thing was there was no grill. I reached out and told the owner as we were checking out, of course, she was more than willing to rent one for us and explain that if we had let her know she would’ve done that for us. However, that’s hard to do when you’re thinking there’s a grill and you’re going to grill out that night. The grill would not have made it in time for us to grill when we were ready to do it right then. I have to say the communication was 100%, every time I sent a message I got a response right away.

Beautiful House

I highly recommend this house. It seems that the owners have dedicated time to every detail to make the stay comfortable. In addition, the property manager was attentive to resolving any concerns that may arise. I would book this house again on my next visit to Orlando.

Bella vida

We are from Kissimmee, Fl but have lived in Atlanta for the last 11 years. We came down for a conference and baby shower. The host is very responsive and the place is nice but the bed is horrible! Please upgrade soon. I do appreciate the place having a stroller, crib, etc. Had I known, I would have left mine behind. That’s a nice perk for parents with babies. The location in the community is perfect and right on a pond. Walmart is super close as well as other shopping. I’d give it 5 stars if the bed wasn’t so bad.

Great location

My sisters and I enjoyed staying here. The location was great to Disney because you took local highways and qas able to avoid the jammed Interstate 4. The inside of the house was very clean. There was some things missed on the patio but I alerted the owner to. It wasn't anything too bad. The house has a bathroom for every bedroom which was fantastic. The furniture was very comfortable. Jessica was very fast in her response to us as well. I suggest heating the pool during off season visits as it was very cold but we walked down to the community pool and enjoyed that and the hot tub. Beautiful view of the pond too. They provide a book with all the information you need too which was helpful. We really enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend it and the Philly cheese steak pizza from Marcos which is close to the house.

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying here, last time was 4 years ago. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the house and location were perfect for our family of 7. Our only disappointment this time was the spa, it was always colder than the pool. Jessica, the property manager, was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns.
