This place was fine if you are looking to save some money and have a place to rest your heads. The paper products provided are cheap, shower door in guest bath doesn’t fully slide, the appliances are loud, the coffee pot was filthy, and the toilet was not cleaned. The couch and beds were comfortable and the place is clean enough but could definitely use a deep cleaning. Unless you are choosing it just for the price, I’d recommend another unit in the complex. The location is great.

Very nice, very large condo in convenient Orlando location. Pictures are very accurate. Clean, neat, nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again. Only negative we could say is sectional could use replacing(one end has quite a sag). Thank you for a great vacation spot!

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The condo was clean and offered plenty of room for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable! We loved that the grocery store was so close. The condo had everything we needed to cook dinner a couple of the nights we were there. Giovanni was very quick with responses to questions we had when we arrived.

Great Property

Having spent years staying at Vista Cay for business, this was a great property. Clean, bright and thoughtful. It was the little things that made it so good. Coffee and filters provided, actual TV channels to watch March Madness instead of only offering streaming services, sufficient kitchen supplies for cooking breakfast and plenty of towels, pool towels, paper towels, soap and shampoo. Good size beds with comfortable bedding. The little things may go unnoticed, until you get a property missing these things.
