POOL:

Private Pool Direction: Faces SOUTH

It has its own private pool. There is an additional charge to heat the pool and spa, recommended Oct - May.

If you haven’t already requested the pool to be heated, you may do so for an extra $50 per day, 3 days minimum. We need a minimum of 48 hrs. notice to turn on the pool heat. Please remember, after the heater is ON, it takes about 12 to 24 hours for the water to be hot. It will depend on the outside temperature.

**Crystal Cove is a gated community in Kissimmee, FL just off of Poinciana Blvd. You will be given the resort’s gate code before your arrival.
There is a community pool at the resort’s small clubhouse, and it can be accessed using the key card located in the guest binder. It is the guest’s responsibility to not lose the keycard during their stay. If the card gets lost, it is a $50 charge to replace it.


PARKING RULES:

***Crystal Cove has a towing policy in effect. This means that parking on the street will not be tolerated and will result in the towing of your vehicle at your own cost. Parking violations include Parking on the Street, Impeding any portion of the sidewalk and Parking on the Grass. Clubhouse Parking is for guests only; Anyone Parked in these spaces between 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. is subject to towing. Don't risk being towed and park on the Driveway!

The home is 5-10 minutes away from several restaurants and grocery stores on 192. The theme parks are all about 20-30 minutes away from the house.
