Extremely close to Walt Disney World! Our lovely Lakeside Villa is located in Oak Island Harbour in the Formosa Gardens Area. This two story home is situated on a quiet, tree lined street less than 1/2 mile to Highway 192 with an abundance of shopping, attractions, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition to the close proximity to Disney; this property is only minutes to Universal and SeaWorld Orlando.

Our gas heated* (additional charge applies), fully screened pool and deck area overlooks the lake and a large fountain that is illuminated in the evening. The view is amazing! The partially shaded lanai has a ceiling fan above a table and four padded chairs for comfortable outdoor dining. Additionally there are three chaise loungers two of which are padded. Pool towels are provided. All pool doors have child safety alarms.

The first floor master suite includes a king-size bed, sliding doors to the pool, flat screen TV and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom also contains a chest of drawers with mirror, two night stands with lamps, ceiling fan and a wicker rocking chair. Sliding doors provide direct access to the pool area. The spacious en-suite master bath has a large Roman tub with a separate shower and a double sink vanity.
The second bedroom is located on the second floor with windows overlooking the lake. It includes a queen sized bed, chest of drawers with mirror, bedside tables and lamps, spacious closet, ceiling fan and cable TV.

The third and fourth bedrooms each include two twin beds, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, and spacious closets. One has a flat screen TV and the other is Disney Themed featuring Mickey Mouse Comforters and framed wall photos.

All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of storage. Quality towels are provided in all the bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need to prepare and serve your meals at home. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and small appliances including coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Pots, pans, skillets and all cooking utensils provided with the home make preparing your morning breakfast or evening supper a breeze. The formal dining room seats 6 and the kitchen seats 4 plus 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar.

The spacious living room features two full size leather sofas, a club chair, large coffee table and 2 end tables with lamps. Also a 50” flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Vaulted ceiling with fan provides a great sense of openness. Sliding doors provide access to the pool.

Other amenities include cable TV, Internet access, WiFi, free local phone calls, optional pool heating, a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, and a professional management company to provide 24 hour assistance assuring your stay is worry free.

Family time at Disney

This place was perfect for 3 generations. 6 adults and 3 children, one was a 1 year old. The pool was perfect to come back to after a long day at Disney.

From booking to our initial stay Phillip and Debbie were great, i had to reschedule due too a family emergency and they went over and beyond to working with us to a date that would work. House was gorgeous and clean and pool was amazing. Highly recommend you book here, proximity to Disney is like 10 minutes also.

It was a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Mickeys Villa so much! The location is perfect for a stay with a family to visit Disney for example. Also the correspondence with Phil and Debbie before and during our stay was excellent! They took care at any time! As we have had a question once, they solved everything within minutes! Family Fun

Great property, close to Disney Parks. Kids loved the pool. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. Was there when Hurricane Milton passed through and the house and most everything was fine except for losing power which i feel came on in a reasonable amount of time.

Great home away from home!

My family and I enjoyed our time at the Lakeside Villa. The beds were comfy and The house was stocked with everything we needed. My favorite place was the patio, enjoying the weather and watching everyone play in the pool. My husband and the kids went fishing and very much enjoyed it they caught several fish. The location was great, and there were some really good restaurants around us. I would definitely come back again and stay here. Thank you, Phil and Deb for letting us stay!!

Great vacation

Our stay was excellent the owners are amazing and contact with them was almost immediate when reaching out to them.. there was a hiccup with the ac and they called out the maintenance company immediately for the repair. Plenty of room to spread out at this home and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by everyone Thank you for making this vacation an excellent experience for all our family !

Very Nice Trip

We really enjoyed our visit to Disney land and universal studios. We especially enjoyed the house. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. The location was beautiful. I enjoyed getting up in the morning and looking out over the lake.. The location to Disney World and universal was right on point. We did have a little problem with the food disposal but we got in touch with the owner and they had it fixed in no time. They was really helpful and we would definitely stay here again thanks Phil and Debbie.

Family Vacation

My family and I traveled from Michigan during our Christmas vacation. The house was very clean and spacious. It comfortably accommodated our 9 person family. The heated pool option was definitely well worth the extra money for our day of relaxation in between all the activities that were available in the area. We went to Universal Studios, took an airboat ride with Wild Willy’s, and even took a drive to Cocoa Beach and Clear Water Beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be looking forward to visiting again soon! Thank you so much to the hosts!

Amazing House with an Incredible View

My family and I stayed recently for one week and the house is amazing to include a quiet neighborhood and an unbelievable view sitting at the pool looking at the lake and fountain. It also includes a view of Disney's Nightly Fireworks. The location is perfect to all the attractions and things you need like shopping and restaurants. We absolutely intend to return often and Phil was very quick to respond to any questions, terrific host. My family and I highly recommend this house. For me, the early morning coffee at the pool was so peaceful and quiet before the girls woke up.

Disney Accomplished!

This home is super close to the multiple Disney parks which was a huge plus for us traveling with 4 young children. The home was spacious and slept 8 very comfortably. The homeowners were quick to respond to our questions as we worked through the logistics of our stay. We have stayed at multiple VRBOs during our travels and they we're the best by far in their prompt responses. The only downside is that the carpet could be replaced and some of the walls would benefit from some painting. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and would consider staying there again.

Amazing house absolutely love it , what I was most happy with the communication with the owner (Phil) we was always in touch texting asking if everything was in our liking. No matter what time of the day he’d answer right away. I recommend 1000% no one will regret I promise. I will definitely will be returning for sure and I will stay here again.

Great experience!

We had a really nice stay at this property while down in Florida for our daughter’s college softball The Spring Games and Universal Resorts. It was a spacious size with great decorations, furniture, and cute theme rooms, and was stocked very well with everything we needed! It felt like we were at home. The grounds were very well taken care of and we loved the lush landscaping. The communication with Phil and Debbie throughout the process was fantastic, they were very prompt and gave great information and insight to the house and surrounding area. We were gone for most of the day each day, but when we returned, our favorite thing about the house was the pool, lake view with the fountain and sunsets, and the fishing, we caught a lot! The back patio, enclosure, and pool were a great size, bigger than other rentals we have been to, and very comfortable and spacious to relax with the family. It was so pretty at night with the pool light and the backdrop of the palm trees and sunset, I got some great pictures. This is the way to do Disney!

We stayed here with a party of 7, for a 5-day Disney vacation. The house was perfect! Clean & comfortable, with everything as described, and hosts easy to work with. Specifically- beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets & pillows. There were plenty of towels as well, and great hot water and shower/bath facilities. We didn't cook, but kitchen looked fully stocked, and let us have our own grab-and-go breakfasts & snacks. We didn't have young kids, but house was well-stocked for them- all kinds of floats & pool toys, a crib in the master bedroom, and a toddler bed in the master walk-in closet that could have made it a delightful extra little-kid bedroom. Neighborhood was quiet. Driveway fit two cars, though they had to get pretty friendly with one another. Drive to Disney parks did get as long as 25 minutes when traffic was bad, but was usually closer to 15, which compares pretty favorably to what it takes to get around with on-site transportation. Only things I would have wanted different was to have tissue paper available, and to have more back-up toilet paper. We also found the taste of the tap water absolutely disgusting, even when filtered through the fridge, so if you're not a native of the local water system you're probably going to be happier getting bottled. Plenty of close-by stores to stock up locally for that. We also found ourselves wishing for darker curtains, for sleeping in better after extended park hours. But would definitely rent here again!

We (party of four adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I can't recommend the villa enough! It is clearly well looked after by the owners, who have thought of lots of extras that are great to have. It's like a home away from home. The layout is great with a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs, plus an extra toilet, and there's plenty of seating and dining space. The kitchen is really well equipped (great for when you want to stay in and prepare a meal) and I was delighted to find a Bialetti hob-top coffeemaker in the cupboard, which gives you a sense of the things that the owners have thought about. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of extra linen provided. It was also nice to have pool towels as well as bath towels, and there are plenty of these too. We also had some hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, and a couple of dishwasher tablets provided, which is not something you find in many villas and was really appreciated. The pool deck was what made this villa for us: it's north-north west facing meaning that there's always some shade and always some sun. We paid for the pool heating and it was lovely to have a warm pool to swim in first thing in the morning, followed by breakfast on the deck. The view next to the lake is lovely but it also helps keep you a bit cooler, we think. Plus the wildlife is fun to watch! The location of the villa is also fantastic: it really is 10 minutes away from Animal Kingdom (and that's in the morning with traffic), and the other Disney parks are about 15-20 minutes away depending on traffic on the 192. Supermarkets and restaurants are really close, too, and it made popping out for things really easy. Phil and Debbie are fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We were in touch a couple of times during our stay and they responded really quickly to our messages, and were always willing to help. Thank you, Phil and Debbie, for a lovely holiday and we can't wait to come back!

Perfect for our family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and the backyard was so relaxing. The owner, Phil, was very responsive and helpful. He is such a kind and caring person and we appreciate that so much. We could not have asked for a better experience and plan to stay there again in the future!

Great stay and location!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was close to all Disney parks (about 10 minutes). House was clean and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids (one being a baby) with an extra room, if needed. Nice pool in the backyard!

Close to Disney!

We stayed at this property for our recent Disney vacation. The house was very nice and had sleep accommodations for all ages. We really enjoyed the pool for after park swims. The house was less than 10 minutes from the parks. We were very pleased with all aspects of the home rental. We will definitely stay again!

Great stay

The house was in a great location - near lots of shops, restaurants and of course the parks! It was clean and comfortable, having everything you need for complete relaxation. The hosts were responsive addressing our questions promptly. Thank you for a great getaway!

Host very nice, but house disappointing

Let me start off by saying that the people who own this property were very very nice, and very responsive. But the property itself needed quite a bit of work. First of all, the beds were uncomfortable. All of the bed sheets and comforters seemed like they were many many years old. When you are renting out a property, you have to buy new things more often than if it was your own home. Also, there were quite a few inconveniences. Such as the tub in the upstairs bathroom would not plug, so we had a lot of difficulty giving our children baths. In the master bedroom, about 25% of the blinds were missing, so light streamed in. The pool was not extremely clean…it was moderate. Overall, we would not stay here again. But all the host has to do is fix some things in the house and update other things, and I think this would be a fine place to stay.

Perfection

This was the perfect choice for our family! We loved this home. It was very spacious, beautiful, modern and clean. We had everything we needed.. we were able to cook and wash clothes which was of high importance for us in deciding on a place to stay. Our view was incredible from the back. I remember sitting poolside thinking how lucky we were to have found this home. Also important to mention, We were only minutes away from anything we needed. and very close to all of the major theme parks. I highly recommend this property. The owners are very kind and communicated promptly when I had any questions. Whenever we decide to go back, this will absolutely return here!!!

Perfect Disney house

This house is in a perfect location for the Disney parks. The property owners allowed us to check in early to match our flight arrival better. The pool was heated and ready to swim as soon as we checked in. The house was super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for your next Disney vacation
