First day trying to check in to our home we had no code to get into the gate nor the house. Upon arrival after 2 hours of trying to check in there was a dead roach in the kitchen on the floor.Tuesday night showering I notice water was filling up in the tub around my ankles and it was some dirty nasty gunk from this big bawl of hair in the drain thatâs looks have been there forever all on my feet and ankles. I immediately had to jump out of the shower from all of these germs in the water. The night before Thanksgiving my stove/ oven didnât work while I was in the mist of prepping our dinner for Thanksgiving day!!! My Thanksgiving was ruined to prepare meals for my family. I had to drive 1 hour and 45 minutes to my brother house to cook our meal. I couldnât prepare all the food that I bought because my sister in law was in the mist of preparing her meals for a big party. I had to call many of times to VRBO and make them aware of the situation. I do speak to the host and made him aware of somethingâs. I was sending messages to the host at one time and could never get him. The customer agent was able to send a message and he did call back finally. My family holiday vacation was ruined because they are not checking the homes thoroughly. At this point I need my money back because my trip with my daughter and grandkids was ruined.
