Exec. 4 Bedroom Home nr Disney, Backs onto Conservation lands

Welcome to Sunset Palms! Situated only four miles from Disney and the other major theme parks. Just off the popular Highway 192 and all its restaurants and activities.
Our pool is south facing and has sunshine from morning until sunset. It is backing onto a pond and beautiful conservation lands - very private and a great sense of being away from it all.
The house is decorated in quality furnishings. We stay at the house a couple of months every year ourselves and try to keep it maintained as if it were our first home.
A King and two Queen-sized beds in three of the bedrooms. Two twin beds in the kids room. Free use of crib for a baby.
Oversized tub in the master ensuite. Access to the pool area via the main living room and the master bedroom.
Sunset Lakes is an exclusive Gated Community. Community features include swimming pool, kids playground, and fishing docks off the larger lakes (quality bass and other fish).



Internet Access: Both WIFI and Wired internet access included at the house.

Free calls to anywhere in the US.

Travelling with kids?: We have a crib, playpen, highchair, stroller, booster seat and toys for kids staying at the home. Xbox for older children. Foosball game in the games room/garage.

A fabulous villa in a brilliant area. The villa is modern and clean with an amazing view of the nature area behind. Always lots of animals and birds to watch and a surprise visit of a racoon in the bin (we helped him out of it). I would recommend this villa to everyone.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. This is our second year staying for a month. Love the view of the pond. Pool is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Home is clean and the recliners are very much appreciated. Lice the area. It is close to a lot of restaurants and close to the parks. We were disappointed that the home was already booked for March of 2027. Hopefully we can get back in 2028.

Great communication with owner from initial contact and onwards. Information on property sent well in advance, accurate and contained all relevant information. Property footprint was perfect. 4 bedrooms all well equipped. Great AC and ceiling fans also. Lounge area very comfortable with lovely views over the lake behind. Quiet residential area. Beds very comfortable and we all had excellent sleep every night. Pool area had several sun loungers- very comfortable- and plenty of space around the pool. Plenty of towels for bathroom and pool. Easy parking at front of property, with easy access to property from same. 15-25 minutes from Disney parks - depending on traffic. Universal parks about 30 mins. We hired a car which we found easy to navigate to all parks. There is a wal mart within 8 mins drive and a Publix within 10 minutes. Both supermarkets very well stocked. Great choice of restaurants within 10 minutes drive. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return in the near future.

Pool area great with a large gas BBQ which is great for pool days which come in handy for the hectic trip. All in all a this villa has it from location to equipment you need

Wonderful vacation getaway

We were pleased to find the house very clean and the decor has been nicely updated. The king bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, as is the theatre seating in the living room. The pond and the wildlife in the surrounding conservation area was something we looked forward to viewing every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have a fabulous time here. The house was well equipped, comfy and clean, ideal for our family. We loved the swimming pool and the view beyond. Ideally situated for Disney, restaurants and supermarket. If we return to Florida we would definitely want to stay here again.
