Private, luxury home with Amazing heated pool situated in a gated community. Beautifully decorated and furnished 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms to comfortably sleep 12 people. Private in-ground heated pool with jacuzzi spa (spa is a hot tub and when run will only heat up the spa area only) and BBQ grill at additional cost of $50 for stay. Pool has a child safe guard screen fence. *POOL HEATER AVAILABLE for only $40.00 a night**

Cleaning safety measures: Our cleaning crew follow and practice all safety and hygienic protocols.*

Each room is beautifully decorated, Flat-screen and Smart TVs in all bedrooms (except Mickey Mouse theme room), family room, media room and by pool area. Spacious Primary Suite w/ King bed, 2 walk-in closets, en suite, soaker tub, dual sinks, with a King bed. The rooms have the following Bed sizes:

*1 King bed (In Primary Suite)
*1 Full bed located on first level with a beautiful view of the pool area. It has a sliding door walk out entrance to the pool area
*1 Full bed located on second level
*1 Full pull out couch located on first level in Media room

Home has modern and luxury light fixtures throughout home. We thought of everything, so all you have to do is arrive and relax! High-speed internet & cable, Washer & Driver; Garage Game room with basketball game, Media room on lower level - grab your popcorn and enjoy stream movies, upstairs loft with gaming area - fun for the entire family, it boasts: Arcade Game, 10-in-1 Combo Interchangeable Game Table Set lets you play slide hockey, ping pong, pool, foosball, billiards, shuffleboard, table tennis, chess, cards, checkers, bowling, and backgammon. We also have card games such as Uno and board games, etc. Furnished Patio/Lanai with dining table and patio lounge seating sofas with pool area Smart Tv. It is close to Walmart, Grocery Stores (Publix about 1/2 mile away), great shopping, fine restaurants and dining, and all the Disney amusement parks (Uber and Lyft services available) as well as all the other wonderful things to do in and near Orlando.

Security Disclaimer of Camera: For safety of guests, we have a Ring camera doorbell. Also, we have a side camera on the side of the house that points in the direction of the walkway leading to the street. This is a safety feature camera to monitor activity entering the back entrance and to monitor pool equipment to ensure no tampering. Also, camera facing driveway and street.

Communication was good. Unfortunately, there wasn’t an extra roll of toilet paper in any of the bathrooms as the host has stated and on our last day, we were nearly out of toilet paper and I asked if more could be dropped off and never got a response until we were about to leave the next day. the living room sliding glass door doesn’t close all the way. There were several tears in the lanai that surrounds the pool. The washer and garage refrigerator were full of mold and the carpet is pretty worn out. Other than that the community, where the house is located is nice and it was a decent house overall.

Great Orlando Vacation

House as advertised on VRBO. Very clean. Nice big couch in the living room. Fun game room. Check-in easy. Owner very responsive and friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Dryer stopped working on our last day - no big deal and not owners fault - just double check it was fixed for your stay! The drive to Universal and Sea World was 45-50 minutes in morning and home after park close.

You Must Stay Here!!!!

The owner of the property was pleasant and efficient. The house looks like the pictures advertised. My kids loved the pool area because they could watch tv or listen to music while playing in the water. The house was clean and smelled good. The beds are so comfy. My family and I will be back because it was worth every penny.

Our host was fantastic!

Our host was fantastic and made our stay so accommodating. They were highly responsive and answered every question we had no matter the time we asked it. The house was clean and beautiful. this host has literally thought of everything a guest could possibly need. This home deserves a 15 on a scale from 1-10 for location! The house is in a quiet secluded neighborhood. The location of the home is just perfect it’s so close to Disney world and easy to get to downtown Orlando and other Orlando attractions. Check in and check out was so easy and my personal favorite was the heated pool. I definitely plan on staying here again my next time in Orlando.

Where do we start? The host and the property was beyond 5 stars! Would recommend to anyone, couples and families! Property was close to everything from department stores and restaurants all the way up to Disney Parks! Property is exactly as described. Photos provided are spot on. Awesome location and perfect for our wedding anniversary. The keyless entry was simple.Can I just say I loved the decor of this house. Total relaxing vibe. This property is exactly as described! Best house I ever stayed in!!’

From the spotless floors, to the comfy beds. Private pool, couldn’t keep my kids out. They loved it. I would never book at a resort again this house is my fav and booked again for June .I love this beautiful home. Home has a great Wi-Fi signal , Host was awesome, she made the stay so welcomed .. I have no complaints . Best part was being close to Disney. Highly recommend to book asap .

Perfect!!

We rented this place for 5 days and it was perfect. The house was a beautiful two story home with a garage and multiple bathrooms. Very very modern and clean. They also have a “movie room” which was super cute. They also have a foosball table that can be a pool table and ping pong. And I think something else but I really just played the 8ball. We also didn’t have to buy paper towels or bring towels because they had plenty. Every bathroom was stocked with soap and toilet paper as well. I noticed that’s something that a lot of other places struggle with. There was also a private pool that my little brother swam in almost every day. The second day my auntie and my mom noticed the water was a little green so I messaged the owner and they sent the pool man out the next day! They really care and make sure you have a great stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would definitely book this property again!
