The property is older and it is evident as you walk through the building as well as in the room. The bathroom was a little dirty when I arrived and the bedding needs to be updated significantly. The building is under construction and signage is very confusing, particularly regarding elevators. Otherwise, it was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

the staff were exceedingly kind and helpful at every turn. The GM feels like a dear friend and we just met. The bartender knew what we wanted before we did and breakfast was amazing… service and food! Our niece who has recently moved to the area recommended this place and we’ll be back again soon. PS pool is wonderful too!

Pool was not heated, bathroom was very small, shower leaked badly, carpet felt sticky in room, poor lighting. One of elevators was out of order. Convenient to convention center was the only plus.

We stayed at the property for my daughers cheer competition at the Orange County Convenction Center. When we first checked in we did have a mishap with out room. Sylvia the housekeeping manager went above and beyond to resolve the problem and gave us free breakfast for the following day. She also noticed my daughter was sad she couldn't swim in the pool due to it being cold. She brought her a whole goody bag with a adorable baloon! Once we got to our new room she checked it to make sure that everything was up to par. Kristen the front desk manager was great as well, she gave me directions on how to walk to the convention center as well. When we have more competitions for cheer we will be staying again due to the wonderful customer service. The bed was also very comfy which was nice after the long drive and being stuck in Orlando traffic.

This property needs an update. Amenities in the room were lacking. No fridge, no dressers to unpack clothing. Lights, wall outlets and the TV didn’t work. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good and the staff were very friendly.
