1st room I was in had no internet, cable, or telephone. 2nd room had intermittent cable and WiFi.

Terrible experience. We had the worst room in the whole place. Within feet of a major highway. My husband and I hardly slept for the noise. The bathroom was dirty. Other people’s hair everywhere and some kind of yucky stains on the shower curtain.

I chose this hotel partially because their description of their amenities included breakfast. They didn't have breakfast at all, which I would have thought they should have already figured out how to serve it safely by now. There is a highway right next to the one side of the hotel so the noise of the cars, trucks, sirens, motorcycles being on the 2nd floor was horrible. There were only 2 handicapped parking spots & the same 2 cars pretty much occupied them the whole 7 days we were there, never moved.
