This hotel is under renovation. We stayed on the 6th flr and the ice machine was not working and was told to go to the 5th flr which was being renovated. I had to walk all the end of a long hallway filled with dust and was totally unoccupied to get to it which gave me the creeps. Most of the time, only 2 elevators out of 3 was working and one was being used as a service elevator for construction crew complete with cardboard covering the walls. Parking was not free, paid $10 every day for parking which was just right behind the hotel. Breakfast was at TGIF next door with vouchers they provide you. Our room was dimly lit and the bathroom sink was cracked. The water was being turned off from 11am - 4pm. Not sure if it was due to construction or cost savings. Only saving grace was it was 10 mins to Universal.

I stayed here due to the shuttle to Universal which was convenient. Our suite was spacious and clean. The room was dated but well appointed, the bathroom needs upgrading. I had to take cold showers, there was only a few minutes of warm water, no real heat. A huge plus was that our room was tidied up every day of our stay! It was so nice to come back to a clean room. Paying to park was a massive letdown too, three nights wound up costing over $80 to park due to the fees associated with the app you’re required to use to park - a lame cash grab that I don’t appreciate. I won’t return due to the bad showers and paying to park nonsense, but if you go…it will be a clean hotel with nice staff.

The hotel was very close & convenient to several different shopping malls & Disney which is amazing. Staff was friendly & accommodating! Wish the parking was a bit cheaper & the breakfast via TGIF.

Property was perfect for our family. Carpets need to be redone. Made kids wear shoes because they were pretty icky. However the night crew made up for the staff during the day. Good rapport and customer service. Stayed a full week so got to know them well.

The front staff were wonderful. The bathroom could have been cleaner, it wasn't too bad, but that would be the only complaint I have. Our stay was wonderful, the pool was nice, the shuttle times were great.

Stayed here whilst visiting Universal studio resort for 6 days. Check in was easy. Our room had two double beds and an ensuite. The room was a little basic and looked a little bare, we arrived to no running water so informed reception who said its been out all day.. We had planned to just use the hotel as a base to sleep. There was a shuttle to the Universal resort - Only if you had pre booked with the rep downstairs. They had already left the day we arrived so we walked to the park, which was about 25 mins. If you could get a shuttle then they were great, however we did find that 3 per day to the park and 3 return was pretty lacking for the amount of people trying to catch them (serving 3 hotels on route A). The returns were the worst as these were first come, first serve. So a few times we walked back as there just wasn't capacity in the bus. We had paid for breakfast which is held in TGI Friday next door, they were quite friendly (apart from the last day, we were told we had 15mins to eat up).The food was ok, nothing amazing. Our bed was made each day, the towels were replaced, however the dirty ones weren't taken so ended up in a pile. Beds were very comfy and the aircon worked. There wasn't a phone to call reception. The tv signal was very poor, only 5 channels were clear. Saw others using the pool, but didn't use ourselves. Didn't need parking but heard reception say it was $25 a day Overall Ok stay.

I couldn’t wait to get out of this hotel. It was jankity all the way around. One of the elevators was covered in cardboard and we questioned if it was safe to ride, so we didn’t. The hallway to our room smelled musty and the floors and walls looked nasty. The toilet paper roll kept falling because the holders were loose and rusted. We did not get good sleep, because doors were slamming all night long and people were yelling. One night someone banged on our door for no reason. The thermostat was set on 64 but it was hot and muggy in our room.The only good thing I can say is the beds were comfortable and clean.
