Check-in was seamless & staff was pleasant. We did request addl pillows but didn’t receive until 2nd night. Room was clean & comfortable but the shower could use a shelf or 2 to set personal items on. We were on the side of the hotel facing Magnolia and the car-noise was awful all night long. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, coffee was good & the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Location was great in relation to the venue for the event we there to attend and we were able to enjoy the short walk down to Lake Eola for lunch & drinks at Relax Grill. We had a late evening flight and although they weren’t able to accommodate a late check out we were able to check our luggage with the valet so we didn’t have to drag it with us until we were ready to leave for the airport. All in all a nice stay.

Overall it was ok, nothing amazing but also nothing terrible. It was a stain on the couch in my room, which I didn’t sit on after seeing it, but overall clean. Valet double charged me and my friend. I called the next day after seeing it and was told the valet manager was out but would call me the next day. Didn’t hear from him the next day, so I called back. He was able to fix the issue and refund the double charge.

The breakfast was crap. The same thing every morning, The sun rise at about 7:30 am , and the breakfast closed off at 9 am. That makes no sense. The deposit of 75.00 per night was not told to us by our travel agent

Great hotel stay in the heart of Orlando

when we walked into the lobby, we were immediately greeted by friendly and helpful staff. When we got to our room, we were amazed at how large it was and that it had a fully stocked kitchen (except no stove but there was a microwave). We also ate dinner there and our waitress was very pleasant and very busy because she was also the bartender. We needed help getting an Uber and another staff member showed us how to do it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was substantial and again the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also the area around the hotel was very safe and we felt comfortable walking. Great location for anyone attending an event at the Kia Center.
