One person to check in i'm a Saturday night. One person was doing shuttling and all housekeeping. That was the only staff that was on. Room smelled. Air conditioning smelled. Floor was very sticky.

We found a roach in our room, the toilet did not flush, there was no turn down service, forcing us to reuse the same towels and wash cloth. The front desk attendant was inconsiderate and did little to help.

front desk staff not helpful, check-in with husband and mobility issues, arrived early so knew wait possible. No communication when room a available, non-chalanche Called for item missing in room, took 2 calls and my husband to go get. Construction made breakfast items limited, bathrooms out of order in lobby so place to go while wait. Confirmed shuttle time to Airport with front desk 2 x but day of shuttle driver had wrong time. We were still able to make as driver accommodated
