We had an awesome stay at this property! It could use a little TLC inside and out, but we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable.We were able to park in the garage, which is awesome in the Florida heat. The laundry room was wonderful. It’s so nice to be able to bring clean clothes home!The property does have a pool, but it is not heated so be sure what month you want to book. We loved the pool and the grill! We loved watching the lizards on the outside of the screen around the pool. We would definitely rent again!

Screen on lanai roof has a section missing, so bugs got us in the evening and stuff from trees was in the pool. Tarp over roof of garage, it was wind damaged and messy looking. Pool is not heated so couldnt use it and rented for the pool. Listing says fenced pard but its not fenced. Getting out of the driveway was difficult with so many cars on both sides of the road. Fan in master didnt work nor did light over the stove. House was very clean and all essentials were provided. Neighborhood is quiet and its conveniently located to stores, restaurants and activities. Ower was kind and accommodating.

The inside of the house was very clean as almost all the reviews indicated. However, there was a hole in the roof above the garage which was not communicated. It was shocking to arrive at a property with a tarp on the roof. The garage was not usable because of the roof damage. Additionally, the yard was overgrown and full of weeds which did not help first impressions. Communication from the owner was timely after our arrival. I feel property issues (like roof damage) should be disclosed prior to occupancy or even during the reservation process.

The houses very close together and the neighbors don't maintain their property. Garbage cans on both sides a bit unsightly and you see this when you first pull in. Recommend some fencing to block. Pool tight and no loungers. House interior extremely clean and had all essentials. The host was top notch. Front lawn weeds and not maintained. You can tell there is no homeowners association with standards on neighborhood care. So if I compare to rentals in reunion resort, this can't compare for their townhome rentals which would be similarly priced. We chose this for proximity to the silver spurs arena.

Very pleased with our stay! The location is perfect for attending functions at Silver Spurs Arena. Only 2 negatives which are the master bed is like sleeping on concrete (& no bottom sheet). Had to sleep in a different bed. And also the master shower is very claustrophobic with a bad shower head. Had to use the other bathroom. Other than that our stay was top notch! Extremely clean which is most important for us! Definitely recommend. We had no issues with anything else. Great spacious home and it was great for our needs. Very happy with how clean it was!

Wonderful Property

We came for the 4th of July weekend and the home was clean, had all amenities as described, and had essentials to get started. The property manager was very friendly, helpful and over the top. We had a little hiccup upon our arrival and it appeared that the cleaning personnel forgot to drop the key back in the lock box and the property manager came out to meet us within the hour. One of the best VRBO’s I have stayed in!

Exactly as advertised, simple communication, neighborhood felt safe and a lovely modern home with perfect areas to gather together but also enough room to spread out too.
