Poorly managed hotel
Overpriced, poorly managed. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They never cleaned my room. By the time the maid did come it was close to 7 pm where my kids were back from activities. You can’t get a table at any restaurant despite only being at 50 percent capacity. They kept saying they were at capacity but there were so many empty tables in each restaurant. We had to get room service one of evenings. So many hidden fees

Beautiful Resort!
This resort is beautiful! It is very clean, in a great location for visiting Disney World and the staff were professional as well as friendly. Easy check-in and self parking is available as well. Definitely recommend!
