Pro- lots of activities, super friendly staff, clean unit, lots of life guards at pools. Hot tub was very nice to use at end of busy day. Water Park was awesome and kids loved it and was not so large I had the worry about younger kids! The fishing dock was also a hit with the family. Con- the most uncomfortable rock-hard king size bed EVER, the units are being renovated but ours was not done yet so microwave button didn't work, the lamp switch was broken and fire alarm went off for no reasons. We had a townhouse and the 2nd floor boards squeaked and disturbed the sleeper on 1st floor. Stay was very nice and even the cons were just inconvenient and not major... except the Master BED...the BED was a very unpleasant. We'll stay again. Kids are already asking to go again!

I got there at 2:30 and was informed I would have to pay a years 75 for 2 more kids ! I’m not happy !

Liki Tiki village was amazing Great stay , quiet , clean , plenty to do. The staff was amazing Derik our concierge was wonderful and so helpful Andres in housekeeping wonderful to the paddle boats and bikes ms Stephanie was so nice to the check out where we met Chan doe so sweet and kind would definitely stay again overall great resort.
