We only basically slept there are we were there for a competition that kept us out all day, but wish we could spent more time. Loved it. Two bathrooms, full kitchen, gorgeous views! Super easy check in also. The host is very responsive as well. I made a mistake during reservation and ahe fixed it super fast.

Not as advertised
The first thing we noticed opening the door was the humidity and strong, musty smell. The first thing we saw was a messy closet, its door missing.No one is paying attention to the details in this unit. Four large containers of “Damp Rid” were on top of the kitchen cabinets. They were FULL of water. That right there explains why the air quality was so musty and humid! The air filter in the a/c system is the wrong size and was filthy, thick with dust.We stayed only one night because of the poor air quality triggering health issues. When we contacted the host, Adriana, she sent the cleaning crew over to check out our claim. Of course, the people responsible for the condition of the condo said nothing was wrong. Even with the Damp Rid containers full of water, Adriana was not accommodating to our request for a refund.Aside from the air quality problem, there is no ‘luxury feeling’ to this condo. The bed linens were thin, worn, and did not feel clean. There were too few towels, an extra pillow had no case, the stove top wasn’t clean, drawer pulls were broken, the small bathroom shower had minimal hot water, and lamp switches were broken. The ‘high speed’ internet was intermittent, it was impossible to use a streaming service
every 3-5 minutes the program would buffer for 1-2 minutes. The pull-out sofa bed, which we had to use, was not clean or level.

I know you have pictures to show me the inside. I was a little disappointed in the decor the front room the sofas had a lot to be desired the mattress on the bed was not the best. The security l chain on the front door have been broken and I saw a brown roach in the middle bathroom.

Our trip started off with issues at check in as our host didn't share our reservation with the front desk. Then the apartment was not very clean with lots of dust in the fans and vents. One toilet was plugged and we had to deal with that. Wifi was in and out. The sliding door to the balcony was nearly impossible to open and close. There was no shampoo in one restroom and the handle of the other bathroom came off the first time I used it. Updates are needed as well as a good deep clean.

The property was beautiful, well kept, and had a great lake view. The host was attentive and professional, and the location provided convenient access to all major parks. There was also a gym and game room that we did not have the chance to explore. The pool was available as an added amenity; although the weather was a bit too cold for me, my children were still able to enjoy a quick dip.

Great location

Went to visit our son for parent weekend and wanted a place near Sea World. This was about 10-15 minute drive. It was in a great location. The unit was very clean and worked great for us! We really weren’t there to use the amenities but there was a nice pool and hot tub. We had a beautiful view from our balcony that looked out over the lake as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Great resort

This was the perfect stay. It was close to everything and very clean. The pool and hot tub were great. The tiki bar was very nice to have. It was relatively quiet. Although there is a ton of traffic outside the front of resort, the back of the resort had beautiful views of the lake and nature. The price of our condo was a steal. While there may be a few imperfections like some chipped paint here or there, a loose door knob or a crack in a tile. Nothing beats a clean cozy, comfy, affordable place to rest your head for the week and have a great time! We had mostly everything we needed to live like we were at home! Would definitely stay here again and again. Totally worth it!

Great place!

My family had a great time staying here. It was clean, easy to navigate, plenty of parking, and rooms are just like the pictures. The only issue we had was for check in. We received an email before we got there saying “Sign up for your digital key and go straight to your room when you arrive.” Which we did thinking it would save some time, and wow how convenient. This in fact did not work at all and ended up wasting our time as we tried to use it. So, please everyone, don’t listen to that email from the resort. Other than that issue with check in we had a great stay and would 100% stay again.

Close to all the parks but quiet and peaceful.

The condo has nice furniture and fixtures. The view of the pool and lake are very relaxing. The hot tub and pool were not crowded and the women working at the Tiki bar were friendly. My daughter loved the bunk beds.
