Great place and location
I took my son and friends for 16 year birthday. Perfect spot, spacious unit, balcony looking over the pool, comfortable mattresses so everyone had good rest before heading to Universal. Pool was fun, customer service attentive, absolutely nothing to complain about. Would recommend this unit 100%.

Great Stay Before Cruise
We stayed one night before boarding a cruise at Canaveral. It was a great place to stay with plenty of room for everyone in our property. Check in was easy, the place was clean and as described, and the kids had a blast at the pool! Having good dining options on site was nice as well! Overall excellent place to stay!

Lovely
Great location. We had 4 days of universal and a day of Disney and this was very close. Maybe 20 minutes or so. The apartment itself was nice and spacious. Appliances are pretty outdated, we had some issues with the dryer and the fridge but the maintenance guys were on it. It was great to have several pools to choose from. And we definitely used the Pizza Hut in the building a couple times. Would stay here again.

Best resort ever!!!
Our family absolutely LOVED staying at this resort! Location is perfect - close (within 15/20 minutes) to all things Disney. The weather was too cool to enjoy the outdoor pool but it looked like it was in fabulous shape…also, there’s a pirate ship so the kids thought that was pretty cool! Our condo was very clean, the staff were super friendly and personable, and we just overall enjoyed our stay. When we come back to the area, we will definitely be booking here! :)

Suited our needs
We were a group of 6 coming in the night before our cruise. There was enough room for everyone and the condo suited our needs. The check in was a bit clunky because the confirmation email we got had one address but the check in desk was across the street in another building. I would recommend making that more clear for future guests. The property is a bit outdated and worn looking, but the price was very good and it was clean.

Overnight stay
We were coming back from our cruise so we only stayed one night. We couldn’t get in the room till after 3 which I did ask for early check in. Since we got off the boat at 7 that was a very long day for the little ones and us we wouldn’t do this again if it was for this reason. 9/10 The Waterpark area is very nice and clean there a little food bar, very clean bathrooms and this is 10/10! There is also a pool and hot tub at the building as well so plenty of water fun to be had. The room was clean, just as described, no issues, bed were very comfortable, room had a washer/dryer in the unit. 10/10 There are a couple food options ; Freddie Irish Pub (EXCELLENT choice if you’re hungry and huge portions) and Pizza Hut along with a little convenience atore next to Pizza Hut! A little bit of everything in one area. This is very close to Publix, Ross Walmart and many more if your in the mood for shopping 10/10 All in all if you are looking for a clean, family friendly environment with fun for the family very close to WDW and shops this would be your location to reserve

Great Stay - Would Recommend
Just completed a 2 night stay at Ravi’s property at LBV Resort. Ravi was fantastic to work with. He was helpful, sincere and responsive. The unit itself was clean, had everything we needed, was comfortable and an easy drive to the parks. I definitely recommend Ravi and his property and would rent from him again.

Girls Shopping trip
We enjoyed out stay. The condo has lots of space and was comfortable. the bathroom window curtains need to be replaced and having at least one mirror in the bedrooms would be helpful when sharing a bathroom. Overall stay was good.
