Welcome to this lovely vacation rental in the community of Orange Tree. With four comfy bedrooms, a private pool, and only minutes from Disney, this home is ideal for a fabulous Florida getaway with the family.

This vacation rental offers four bedrooms including a King master with direct pool access and a fabulous ensuite bath with tub and walk-in shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms feature a full and two twin rooms. The open floor plan is perfect for families and features a full kitchen with bar seating, a breakfast nook, dining room, and comfortable living space. Free internet access and phone calls, as well as TVs in every bedroom add convenience for guests. A laundry room is onsite, as well as a pack-n-play and highchair. The game room offers table tennis fun for everyone.

Outside the sparking pool with large deck area and covered lanai invites family fun. A safety fence ensure little ones are safe. Optional gas heating is offered for an additional fee. The Orange Tree community offers tranquility and beauty and includes a lake, tennis courts, and an Orange Field for guests to enjoy in season.

Only minutes from Disney Parks and Orlando’s other famous theme parks, guests will also find the home convenient to restaurants, shopping, and more.

NOTE:
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.

As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.

In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Everything that glitters ain't gold!

My guest and I arrived at this property for the purpose of a birthday celebration. Only to discover that the wifi name and pass wouldn't work. After trying multiple times to get access, we ended up having to call for assistance.. Shortly after, the name appeared and we could get on, but only for a short time. Additionally, as we went to take baths none of us in any bathroom or kitchen had hot water. This was day one. On day two, we discovered the air went out in the middle of the night and the wifi still wasn't working. The manager came out right away to check the hot water, air and wifi. He left... the air was on, and the wifi was working, but still no hot water. Moreover, we went to get in the pool and there were leaves and bugs all through the pool and there were many toys left in the pool that were slimy. I took the net to begin cleaning the pool from all the debris and my friends took the bleach we'd bought and began disinfecting the toys. On day three, we were still struggling to keep access to the wifi and the service provider was called and after an hour of troubleshooting we finally had access. The manager had come sent someone out to clean the pool again. The hot water was finally fixed and so was the air. What a nightmare! While we were there we had to replace batteries in one of the t.v. remotes. It just didn't feel like this property was in good keeping nor ready for guest. I was very disappointed as it was my birthday!! The pictures of this property look nice, but as stated in my tile, everything that glitters ain't gold. It was clean (not to my level of clean) but my friends and I did a level of clean to our liking. Also, it is old and with 1970s water faucets and have difficulties moving or the top pops off. I hope this may help you as you are in search of the right property for your stay.
