The house was what we needed for the weekend. The beds were clean and comfortable. But the house needs a deep cleaning. Kitchen basics were not what we expected. The location was great. The one time resort fee is misleading, it must be paid per car not just to use the amenities. The owner did pick up when called. Again we made it work.

In all the years we’ve been going to Kissimmee for our vacation and renting homes this is the first time I’ve written a bad review. When we arrived inside, the house was 81. We reported it immediately. It took to the following day before somebody came to fix it. A woman from the management company did come looked at some of the concerns I had with the house itself. They are hockey machine was broken. The pool sticks on the pool table were broken. The foosball game was missing the majority of the handles to turn it so we did not use the game room at all. She said to us, rest assured, though that the house is clean. The house was not as clean as it should’ve been. There was mold in the bathrooms dirt in the corners, lightbulbs,missing, burnt out fixtures broken every chair in the house broken. Two recliner couches in the living room that was it no end tables no coffee table and both recliner couches broken.No beach towels. Furniture out in the pool area filthy no table at all just bare bones in the whole house. No alarm on the screen door to the pool,the door in the pool area broken, did t close,pool area screens flapping in the wind.No extra blankets in the house. Overall , I wouldn’t stay here again. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone , a total disappointment.We go yearly sometimes twice a year and we’ve always rented a home for convenience for space. Moving forward, I’d rather spend more money , stay in a hotel.Don’t stay here .

We stayed a month and absolutely loved Emerald island resort! Our home was just right and the pool and hot tub were the best! The owner was outstanding with his excellent prompt responses and communication! Everything you could want is nearby, shopping, groceries and dining, and of course Disney! We would definitely stay again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Vrbo property and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. The property was immaculate, and it was evident that the owners took great pride in maintaining it. The supplies provided were more than sufficient for our needs. We had everything we required, from fresh linens to kitchen utensils, and even some essential toiletries. It was evident that the owners had thoughtfully considered the needs of their guests, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the wonderful neighborhood in which the Vrbo property was located. It was peaceful, quiet, and felt incredibly safe. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks, exploring the nearby parks, and interacting with the friendly locals. It truly added to the overall charm of our vacation. Furthermore, the resort facilities were top-notch. The amenities provided were beyond our expectations. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The fitness center had modern equipment and offered a great space to work out. Additionally, the on-site spa was a luxurious treat that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. Beware - Not as advertised!

This house was advertised as being newly renovated; however, the house was extremely dated and had several issues such as dirt on the ceiling around all of the AC ducts in the kitchen and living room, bedroom carpets were extremely worn and stained, the vertical blinds in the living room were missing some pieces so there was limited privacy with the neighbors (who are extremely close), there were stripes/areas of off-colored paint in the kitchen, dining room, and guest bath, and mold in the main bathroom shower. We were so disappointed in this property, we left a day early. I would not recommend this house to anyone!

A Emerald Experience

My family loved the house! It was very spaces and it allowed everyone to have their own personal space. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped to suit our needs. Very nice Decor. Super clean and safe!!! Most of all it felt like a home away from home. We plan to visit again soon... Thank you!
