• Windsor Island Resort is a brand new resort; some nearby construction may be ongoing.
• All guests’ names must be registered in the gate system.
• No overnight street parking allowed in the resort.

• Check-Out: 10:00 AM (no late check-outs; guests may continue to use resort amenities until departure)
• Optional Pool Heat: $35/day (request at least 3 days before arrival; charged for entire stay)
• Grill Rental: 4-burner $105/week (includes propane; request 1 week in advance; oil pan must be used to avoid cleaning fees)
• Linens and bathroom towels provided (please bring your own for pool/beach use)
• Starter supplies (trash bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo) provided; guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
