TrĂšs confortable pour un groupe de six adultes

Il s’agissait de notre 5e ou 6e sĂ©jour au Solterra Resort. Nous y retournons car le quartier satisfait tous nos besoins; sĂ©curitĂ©, propretĂ©, tennis, piscine, gym, etc. La maison louĂ©e ce printemps est spacieuse et confortable. EntiĂšrement, Ă  notre satisfaction. Des ajustements ont facilitĂ© l’accĂšs au quartier. C’est une grande amĂ©lioration, trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e. Seule petite ombre.. le mobilier qui agrĂ©mente l’espace piscine devait comprendre six chaises.. il y en avait trois dont une brisĂ©e. Les deux chaises longues Ă©taient brisĂ©es aussi. Nous comprenons que, probablement, plusieurs locataires sont peu respectueux des biens d’autrui. Si vous ĂȘtes un locataire potentiel, prenez soin de la maison comme si c’était la vĂŽtre. Tous les locataires Ă  venir y gagnerait. Bref, pour mon groupe, encore cette annĂ©e ce fut une superbe expĂ©rience que nous rĂ©pĂ©terons. Merci au locateur Florida Scandi Vacation et Ă  VRBO.

This unit was visible dirty upon entering. The wall to wall carpeting was stained, matted and my two small dogs were unable to get their noses off of it due to the vast areas of soiling. After our initial walk through the unit, we turned the large shag area rug in the living room.there were so many stains on the backside, we were going to remove it for our stay. We then went to the laundry room where a mop and bucket were found. We were going to give the floors a quick clean before our 3 grandchildren arrived however, the mop was so dirty, I couldn’t get it clean to use. We decided to take another look at the bedrooms to decide who would stay in each. Upon entering the front bedroom with 2 twin beds, I noticed something on the rug by the front window. My dog ran ahead of me and when approached, it was a snake that then scurried away.We ran out of the room and put a rolled up towel across the door so it couldn’t get out. We called maintenance and they replied that it would take 40-50minutes for anyone to physically respond. We agreed that there was no way to stay in this unit and wanted to get a picture of the snake for documentation. When we went back in, we couldn’t find the snake. There was however, an area of ripped lining under the bed. Of course, we immediately assumed the snake was up in the mattress. After contacting the host, they denied a refund and refuse to communicate with us until our credit card co became involved. We finally received a refund after 21days

House was great for our family everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house and pool were clean. It was also extremely close to the club house and its huge pool. Also very easy to get to Disney World. Our only issue was not enough cooking equipment. Plenty of cups, plates and utensils but only 2 very small frying pans and 1 huge pot no baking pans at all. We had to go to target and buy cooking pans as we could only fry 2 pieces of bacon at a time in their small pans and with a family of 8 that just wasn’t going to work. But we would stay here again just leave room in the vehicle to bring our own.

Overall the home was ok. The house could really use a deep clean and some minor maintenance issues need to be resolved. Especially the garage door. Could really use pest control. The bedding and towels were nice and clean. The location is right behind the club house, which was nice. You will not get your code until 4 on the dot.

Family theme park get away

We loved the house. It was clean and just as shown in pictures. Close to all the parks. The bonus pool on property was very nice for the youngest of the group because she loved the pool and water slide. When weren’t busy at a park we were at the very well maintained pool. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The clean of the house is poor and the kitchen need more atention on utensils specially if people that comes like to cook like us!! The pool doesn’t have heat and that’s fine but never heard that jacuzzi doesn’t have heat!!!

The home was nice and all, but it could use a deep clean. This house was left cleaner than when we arrived. Dishwasher was broken and leaked all over. And who ever heard of a hot tub not having heat, let alone unheated pool. There was no BBQ grill. The guest parking was ridiculous and not nearly enough. Also maybe having a little extra bedding, and towels. But like i said it was a nice home but there are some improvements that could help. Resort pool and hot tub were amazing. Lazy river way to cold!

Disappointing

House was mostly clean and functional but we had ants in one bathroom, a shower curtain that wouldn’t stay up, a hot tub that couldn’t be heated, a house that sleeps 12 people yet we had only 8 forks and 8 spoons in the kitchen. Very little in the way of pots and pans for cooking etc. There was no way this was a kitchen equipped to make a meal. Glass glasses in a house where you’re bound to have young children. A Tv in every room but only 2 were useable. Overall a disappointing experience which could have been avoided with some forethought by the owners.
