This beautiful Solara home is modern, light, and spacious. The great room is an open area connecting the kitchen, dining, and living room where all members of the party can get together to relax, have a bite to eat or get cozy during movie night. It also opens up to the lanai and pool deck. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances and it's fully stocked with utensils for your cooking needs. The dark backsplash complements the white cabinets in the kitchen. The granite counter with bar seating is perfect for a quick snack. There are 2 beautiful spacious master bedrooms on the first floor as well.

Step outside into the spacious lanai that has table seating for six. It's the perfect spot for your morning coffee as you plan out each amazing day under the Florida Sun. There are also 4 colorful sun loungers and a lovely tiki-style bar with seating for 4. The pool comes with a security fence for the sake of the little ones as well as a connected bathroom for easy access from the outside pool area. This large outdoor pool area also has a spill-over spa which is perfect so that everyone can enjoy the sunshine!

When you step inside this home's game room you'll be transported through hyperspace to a galactic universe where you'll come face to face with your favorite space characters from the Resistance and Imperial forces. The game room includes a foosball, multi-game arcade, and an LCD TV with seating for 6.

Now we head upstairs! On the second floor, there is a large Superhero theme kids bedroom with two Twin over Twin custom-built bunk beds, 4 TVs, a foam pit, and a slide! This is definitely every superhero fans' dream room! The upstairs includes another gathering area with a beautiful pool table, LCD TV, and soft sofas for comfortable seating. For your convenience, there is also a laundry room on each floor available equipped with a washer, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue and replenish Propane for the BBQ as required.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
