Great property with all the facilities, exactly as described. The pool is a great size and the complex itself is very quiet. In a great location with shops and restaurants within a very short drive. The owner, Shaun was so helpful and catered to our every need, couldn’t have asked for more and we hope to stay again. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here at this spacious home away from home.

Lovely Home

Cosy and comfortable home, had everything we needed for our 16 day stay. Lovely location on a quiet corner and the pool was amazing. The clubhouse and Encantada resort were beautiful, really nice to go for a walk around. In a good location with plenty of restaurants and shops within a ten minute drive. Host was fantastic with brilliant communication and instructions for the house. Would definitely stay again.

Half the price of a hotel, twice the experience.

Stayed for 5-days in mid-February while visiting the Mouse and Harry Potter. Very nice set-up. The two bedrooms with twin beds was perfect for the teens. Pool was not initially heated and took two days to get warm. (February is still chilly overnight) Would recommend and stay here again. (maybe in March or April though)

BEWARE!!! I booked this home for my bachelorette weekend and it was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Although the host approved an early check‑in, the property was not clean, not safe, and absolutely not habitable. By 10 PM on our first night, we discovered German cockroaches throughout the kitchen, including inside untouched food. Roach traps were hidden around the home, indicating a known issue. I sent the host multiple photos, but his initial response was dismissive and blamed us for leaving doors open which was a false statement. There were approximately 20-30 roaches total we saw; leaving behind 15 dead on the kitchen counter as proof of the infestation.It got worse. When guests tried to go to bed, two beds were found covered in urine and one had blood stains under the sheets. The odor was overwhelming. At that point, we had no choice but to leave the property at 3:30 AM and pay for a hotel.The host later claimed previous guests had no issues and even accused us of causing the stains. VRBO customer service was extremely inconsistent—different supervisors gave conflicting information about refunds, and the process dragged on for weeks.This property had biohazard conditions, an active roach infestation, and unacceptable cleanliness. I strongly warn future guests to avoid this rental until it is thoroughly treated, professionally cleaned, and properly inspected.
