From the moment you walk in, you'll feel like a star surrounded by iconic Hollywood décor throughout the mansion. Each room is a tribute to the glamour of the silver screen. The mansion is also equipped with the WORLD LARGEST private residential 3D video wall, but there are several other large projector screens for viewing all of your favorite movies. You can even enjoy movies outside on the mansion's enormous sundeck water complex, where you'll find a poolside, oversized double-sided screen. Watch your favorite features from the swimming pool, zoom down the waterslide, or have a soak in the jacuzzi hot tub. The lazy river has a volcano waterfall feature, and color changing LED lights. Getting around from 1021 Fantasy Drive, Davenport is easy, with major attractions just a short drive away. Walt Disney World is 15-20 minutes away, Universal Studios is 30 minutes, and SeaWorld is 25 minutes, all accessible via nearby I-4 Highway. A rental car is recommended for convenience, but Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are widely available. Limited Lynx bus routes and SunRail commuter trains connect to Orlando, though multiple transfers may be needed. Some hotels and resorts offer shuttle services to theme parks, and private airport transfers are also an option. While the area is best explored by car, walking paths and local amenities are within easy reach.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
• There are temporary water tanks placed in front of the home due to ongoing upgrades. All water use inside the property is unaffected and the tanks will be removed by end of May 2025.
• In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules and complete a Security Deposit of $2000. This can be done by a secured link or through booking channel . Please ask us about the two different options should you have any questions.
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

• For stays of 3 nights or more, there’s an additional cleaning fee of $1150 that will be added to your booking. This helps us keep the space spotless and welcoming for your visit! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!

• Enjoy the flexibility of hosting a one-night event at this stunning 20BR mansion! A $1,300 surcharge applies for single-night events, while stays of three nights or more have no additional surcharge, ideal for an extended and relaxing getaway!
• We kindly remind you to prioritize safety while enjoying the waterslide and outdoor pool amenities, and to always supervise children. Have a great time!
• When parking, please avoid blocking the main road to prevent any disruptions or the possibility of towing. Thank you for your cooperation!
