Arrived late. No one would answer the phone for late check in. Just was supposed to be one night. Completely out of my money for the room. Would not recommend.

There were no dishes in the full kitchenette, not even a coffeemaker or cups to heat water in microwave. Had to go out for a cup of coffee!!!! Only 1 small soap and two not so big towels in bathroom. No hairdryer. Actually , there was absolutely nothing in the suit, and this is a extended stay!! We also waited 15 min at desk to check in, before some lady got someone to check us in....Pictures are deceiving.. Will never stay there again, especially for what we paid for 1 night....

I liked the bare floors. Except for the people upstairs seemed as though they were throwing furniture around for hours. Babies crying and dogs barking and then there was the interstate noise. The room was dirty. The floors haven't seen a mop in quite a while. I liked the concept of the beds. EXCEPT, The black rack that the bed sat on had dead skin on it. Just dirty.

The hotel was good some nights it was noisy because of the other customers and the elevator was down for almost a week being that I’m disabled made it a little hard but besides that everything else was ok.

The late check in was ridiculous. It took so long to talk to whoever then for them to get a hold of whomever was working and then for them to come let us in. Clerk was not overly friendly.

For starters my family and I arrived @approximately 2pm to check in to the "COCKROACH MOTEL" . We were greeted by an unsightly garbage can than was visibly overflowing. Nonetheles proceeded with our check in. Exhausted after a day of travel ,following dinner and a shower, we fell asleep. Upon waking from our nap @approximately 10:45pm, and turning on the bedside lamp, there were cockroaches running a marathon all over the table and under the bed. My Husband and I reported the pest infestation to the desk clerk who then offered to move us to another room. In which we refused to remain in such filthy accommodations. We were then offered a refund on our room. Our family immediately gathered our belongings, (9hrs later the trash can had yet to be emptied and was spiiling onto the ground. After contacting Travelocity customer service from our car, we were directed to a Hotel next door. Thankfully at 12am they checked us in. ***Not to mention the filthy car that we rcd' @ the car rental office. Pics from both HORRIBLE experiences available by request. This was by far the worst travel experience for my family.
