The Space:
Whether you are looking for a quiet and restful vacation or one that is jam packed with outdoor adventures, local events and activities, shopping and dining out, you’re bound to appreciate this four-bedroom vacation home. The two-level abode is 1.6 miles to Nauset Beach and 2.5 miles to Orleans’ walkable downtown area, which has an abundance of dining options, unique shops and art galleries. The home is also part of the Ocean Harbor Association, allowing guests deeded access to Mill Pond—great for kayaking and bird watching—and use of the association’s tennis court, which are both only a ÂŒ mile away.

The home’s main entrance is through the garage, which leads directly into the open kitchen and dining area with seating for nine. The expansive deck, accessed via the dining room as well as the master suite, faces the backyard’s verdant, natural landscape, where you can often observe birds and other wildlife. Serene and secluded, the backyard deck area, with outdoor dining set and grill, makes the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural setting, while spending time with friends or family. Beneath the deck, you’ll find a spacious outdoor shower as well as an entrance to the basement, which has a pool table, small seating area and the washer/dryer.

On the first floor, there are two full bathrooms and three bedrooms — one with a queen bed; one with two twin beds plus a twin trundle; and the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom and private deck entryway. The second floor has one additional bedroom with a set of twin beds and a small entertainment area with a couch and smart TV.

The property itself was fine. We enjoyed the deck and the great dining table. The en suite shower should have an instruction card as we had no idea how to turn on the water and had to get a service person to come out as we thought broken. The other bathroom had a broken valve when we arrived that we at first thought was just a slow filling tank but was broken. Again a service call. That should have been noticed prior to our check in. I would also note that the front window onto the deck had probably not been cleaned in forever

the house was perfect for the five of us. my nephew could stay in the upstairs room and do his gaming etc while us older people went to bed. the outdoor deck is amazing

House is very nice in a nice area. Interior in good shape but kitchen is a little tired, along with some of the living room & outdoor furniture. Basement was very humid and moldy. Pink mold on walls, should be professionally cleaned and dual dehumidifiers needed.

Perfect Cape Getaway!

House was in great shape and had all the amenities including a pool table and grill ready to go! Close to eateries, beaches and quiet neighborhood. Property management was awesome to deal with too! Will be back!

Fall Visit

We had a wonderful trip and stay in Orleans at the end of September/Early October. We were located near former friends and families whom we were able to visit. NB - my mother had lived in Orleans and this was a trip down memory lane. This home met all our needs(2 families). It had a great location and the traffic was not busy at all when trying to enter and leave the premises. Easy access to Nauset beach and to downtown Orleans. It was a very good value rental for us.

Memorial Day Stay

We loved our stay at Orleans, MA. The little pond is very cute. The deck faces the pond in the back of the property where we spent most of the time enjoying a beautiful view. The accommodations were great, the room upstairs gets hot during the day. You can’t beat the location, and easy access to the beach.
