Bel appartement, vaste et lumineux. Mais situé au dessus d'un fast food, il bénéficie en permanence des odeurs de fritures de l'extérieur et de l'escalier commun: impossibilité de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Odeurs d'égout dans la chambre les 5 derniers jours. Drap housse trop petit (140 au lieu de 160). Écoulement du lavabo et de la douche insuffisants. Équipement de mauvaise qualité (porte de douche coulissante sort facilement de son rail et se bloque). Pas de hotte aspirante au coin cuisine. Éclairages insuffisants. VMC très bruyante.
