The young woman who checked us in was very nice. It's a shame she is working in such a poor facility. When we entered our room it had a very strong oder of cigarettes. My wife noticed squashed cockroaches and a large spider on the walls. We walked out, contacted the young woman and told her we were checking out. She was helpful with that. We wound up contacting Expedia and were able to get a full refund to our credit card. I'm surprised this motel is still in business. The health department needs to shut it down.

Horrendous facilities and service

This may have been the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life… I am 60 years old and travel extensively. I booked a room and was told I would have a king size bed in a non-smoking room Upon my arrival, I was informed that there was no king size bed and that I had the only room left. Upon entering the room, I was overwhelmed by the smell of smoke and some sort of air spray When I spoke to the desk clerk to try and get a different room he told me that was just the fresh air spray that they used, there was no smoke smell. I was exhausted, and had already paid. With no other options, and too tired to go on, I want to sleep in the room. I felt as though I had been taken advantage of for having paid through hotels.com, as the hotel already had the money. I dislike leaving a bad review, as I believe we should accentuate the positive, but I believe you should be warned.

Hotels.com should be ashamed.

The scariest hotel I have ever been to. At the end of a long deserted road with abandoned gas station. The hotel was filthy. Rat/Mice feces found in the bed. Couldn't get in touch with hotels.com to change reservations. 45 miles later and $100 more we found a safe/clean comfortable hotel. Hotels.com should remove this hotel.

There was some wear and tear noted. Worst thing was that the traction strips in the shower-tub were worn away leaving the tub very slippery when wet, a very bad thing for seniors.

Rude staff, run down motel

The staff was not very friendly and charged us $20 extra once we got there. They were very rude and treated my fiancé hatefully. The tv was not plugged in when we arrived and so we plugged it up and it shocked us. The vent was gone in the bathroom and had sticky tape up for what looked like bugs.. The beds were hard and not comfortable. There were no washcloths or towels in the room when we arrived and the motel was out in the middle of nowhere.

Motel was old and not well maintained. Staff had trouble finding the reservation, "key" wouldn't work and any request for assistance was met with a very negative feeling. Will never go anywhere near that place again!

There was no flat screen as stated online. The sheets were dirty, there were bugs in the room. I have a rash, unsure what if it was bed bugs but am in the process of finding out. Nothing about this place was appealing.

We never checked in. When we finally found the motel there was no power in that area as there had been a storm. The young man at the desk with a flashlight was no help whatsoever. When we told him we couldn't stay with no electricity we asked him if we would be charged. He didn't seem to know the procedure We left and drove to the next town for a room with electric power. We still don't know if we were charged.

The worst stay ever

I was appalled at the condition of my room. I’m allergic to most laundry soap, so I travel with my own sheets, otherwise I wouldn’t have slept in the bed. The sink was dirty, and the faucet was broken. I had to hold the handle to get the toilet to flush. I had to search for receptacles to charge my electronics. When I was checking in, I couldn’t understand the clerk’s English, and he got quite irate. I suggest this property needs to be removed from your site as it is not up to your standards.
