Make your vacation comfortable in over 1800 square feet of updated living space. You'll have three generous sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with two Master suites. Sleeps up to 7 comfortably in beds. (Also, portable crib and booster chair). This building is primarily residential and 10:00 pm quiet time is expected to be adhered to. If this is not your expectation please do not book this property. But if you do choose this home, you'll have ocean views from both master bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Relax on the extra large balcony taking in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the pool or spend your time on our peaceful no-drive beach (pool is not heated). Front balcony for afternoon sun and BBQ grill. Fully outfitted with full service kitchen amenities, games, puzzles, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels. Linens included for all bedrooms and bathrooms. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. Building has small workout room, sauna, and pool. WiFi and cable TV is included with Smart TVs in every room. We had a wonderful stay this past week at this condo in Ormond Beach! The location was perfect with a beautiful view right on the beach. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days by the ocean. Our host was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great for large groups. The decor is a bit more tired than the photos indicate but the large space is nice. My group was my 91 yo mom and 4 of her daughters all if us over the age of 65. One of the legs on the DR chair broke as my sister pushed back from the table. The chairs were a bit flimsy and we did let the owner know. One of the hairdryers broke and they immediately replaced it via Amazon. The AC filter was thick with buildup. All the linens on the beds were tired and I’m not sure they are changed and washed between renters. Maybe they are but I’m not sure. I’m including photos of the mildew in the bathrooms. This was a great location and lots of space but for my group it was just a bit below what we expect for a 5 star rental.

The views were absolutely Gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach chairs and beach stuff to use in the closet. The only downfall to the building is there is ZERO shade at the pool. The pool does get covered with shade early afternoon. The pool Deck could use some tables with Umbrellas or at least some freestanding umbrellas. I would also like to see the building to be updated to keypad entries VS carrying around keys the whole trip. It was a great week with wonderful weather.

Incredible gem!

This property smelled so clean when we arrived, everything was pristine! The owners were quick to respond to a minor issue within an hour. The unit was well stocked with all of the supplies that most rentals don’t- hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, sandwich bags- the works! Lots of extra bath towels, beach towels, and very nice beach chairs and toys. This rental was perfect for us, and as a yearly VRBO renter in FL each summer, I was so impressed with every bit of it. This gem is going to wow you!!

Condo was nice layout and big. Something’s needed updating--Blinds had missing pieces so sunlight came in-air filter was filthy and needed to be changed-glass on patio -garbage disposal smelled upon entry-carpet is getting wear and tear from usage

Spring Break 2025

Unit was large and comfortable, lots of closet space. We had lots of keys for the pool gate. Furniture was very nice. Kitchen was well furnished, including a Keurig and a full size drip coffee pot. There was an electric grill that worked well. There were several beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys in good condiition.

Incredible Condo on the Ocean

This property was by far, the nicest that we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate, quiet and equipped with everything one could possibly need or want. Incredible ocean front balcony made the morning coffee taste that much better.Perhaps the highlight was the Hosts immediate response to any minor issue that came up. They were on top of everything and this property is one we would re-visit without any hesitation. The nicest by far that we've seen in Florida.

Wonderful stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was great, easy check in, and had everything we needed for the beach (and more!) We loved the games and puzzles that were provided along with the delicious wine! The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

HOME away from home!

FANTASTIC condo, easy access to pool and beach. Well stocked with anything you needed- including beach chairs, kids toys, playpen etc.. Very clean, and felt like home! Unfortunately we missed 2 days of our stay due to flights cancelled because of hurricane Helene. We weren’t refunded for the 2 days, but Dawn offered a 2 night credit for future stay. Not sure if we’ll be back to Ormond , but if we did, we would definitely come back here! I’d purchase insurance next time to hopefully get refunded.

Wonderful

The condo was amazing. The large spaces, separation of bedrooms, and decor was beautiful. It was the nicest condo I have ever stayed in. I have only one suggestion. When I see no smoking that has always meant in condo. There was no explanation of on premises until the final paper work. That was very misleading.
