Best Vacation Rental Property. Ever.
It can be cliché to say the pictures don't do the property justice. But it's very true in this case. The rental is beautiful and exquisite. Very spacious. Fantastic outdoor spaces. The plants are magnificent.

A truly wonderful villa with spectacular gardens and super owners
I booked this villa to celebrate a 60th Birthday and it was everything and more that we could have hoped for. Fabulous communication at all times with Antonio from the point of booking and throughout our stay. Thank you for the housewarming gift you left for our first evening so thoughtful. We loved our stay, we found a number a beaches and secluded coves to soak up the sun. The supermarkets offered a great choice and variety and we were pleasantly surprised with the pricing. We adored the sweetest dog ever with the most heartwarming nature and our dear companion who never put a paw out of place. Thank you so very much and we will return Annie and John May 2018.

Excellente location
Nous avons séjourné dans la maison d'Antonio pendant 15 jours avec nos jeunes adultes. La maison est très spacieuse, le jardin est aussi agréable et ombragé. La douche extérieur , ainsi que la cuisine sont appréciable. Merci beaucoup à Antonio pour sa gentillesse et ses services apportés. Nous recommandons vivement la maison, celle ci se trouve proche de toutes commoditées et des plages.

Wunderschönes italienisches Häusschen mit einem Riesengarten
Wir waren Ende August 2023 in diesem Häuschen als Familie mit 2 Kindern. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr groß. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine Sommerküche draußen, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Dachterasse, von der wir die Sternschnuppen beobachten konnten. Das Häuschen liegt etwas außerhalb von Orosei, sodass wir immer auf unser Auto angewiesen waren. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir sowieso immmer mit Auto unterwegs waren und die schönen Strände Sardiniens erkundet haben. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von Oliven- und Weintraubenplantagen. D.h. man hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Das fanden wir (wir kommen aus einer Großstadt) wunderschön. Leider ist sehr oft ein lautes Hundebellen zu hören....aber man gewöhnt sich daran:). Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen. Der Besitzer des Hauses war sehr nett zu uns. Da wir leider kein Italienisch sprechen und der Besitzer nur Italienisch spricht, haben wir uns über eine SprachApp verständigt. Vorteile: - großes Haus mit großer Terrasse und einem schönen großen Garten - Grill - große Dachterasse - Sommerküche - keine Nachbarn - sehr netter Besitzer Nachteile: - Strand fußläufig nicht erreichbar - Hundebellen - zur Stadt Orosei fußläufig ca 20-30 Minuten

Very large villa furnished with taste.
We were pleasantly surprised by the interior and the size of the house. The welcome was very warm and the communication with Antonio uncomplicated and fast. One of the highlights is the large garden and outdoor area. We enjoyed the stay very much. We have lacked nothing. Thank you Antonio, we can highly recommend your place.

Traumhafte Villa mit wunderschönem Garten
Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) haben 2 Wochen im Oktober in Antonios Haus verbracht und es war einfach fantastisch. Das Haus ist gross, mit bequemen Sofas ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die meiste Zeit haben wir aber draussen verbracht - nicht zuletzt weil sich dort eine der beiden Küchen befindet. Der Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt - diverse Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten inkl. Hollywood-Schaukeln laden zum Verweilen ein. Antonio ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat uns immer wieder mit frischen Früchten (teils aus dem eigenen Garten), Kuchen, Wein und Bier versorgt. Als es mal ein Problem mit der Sicherung gab, war er in kürzester Zeit vor Ort und hat einen Elektriker aufgeboten. Das Haus liegt ein paar Auto-Minuten ausserhalb von Orosei - man ist für sich und kann die Ruhe geniessen. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit traumhaft schönem Garten
Nach einer Fahrt über eine etwas holprige Straße sind wir in unserem Feriendomizil angekommen und waren total begeistert von der Größe und Lage des Hauses und von dem noch schöneren Garten. Herr Lai (der Eigentümer) hatte uns netterweise auch ein paar sardische Leckereien in den Kühlschrank gelegt und uns mit lokalen Früchten versorgt. Da mein Mann und ich leider kein Wort Italienisch sprechen war es etwas schwierig mit der Kommunikation mit Herrn Lai, der wirklich nur Italienisch spricht, wir haben es aber trotzdem hinbekommen die wichtigsten Dinge zu klären. Herr Lai war sehr herzlich und gastfreundschaftlich. Der Garten war wirklich das absolute Highlight für uns und konntes es kaum erwarten nach unseren Ausflügen/Strandaufenthalten wieder in den schönen Garten zu kommen. In Summe können wir das Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden definitiv mal wiederkommen - allerdings lernen wir davor noch etwas Italienisch.

Schönes Haus in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu Agriturismo, ruhige Außenstadtlage
Ein wirklich tolles Haus und mit extrem Liebe zur Deko eingerichtet. Ein schöner Garten drumherum und in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft Oliven und Weinbau. Großzügige Räume und Aufteilung. Wir haben uns im Haus selbst extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter, welche nur italienisch sprechen, waren äußerst bemüht um jedes Problem, wie z.B. leere Gasflaschen u.ähnl. sofort und unkompliziert zu lösen. Wirklich sehr sympathische Menschen. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Obst, leckere Süßigkeiten, Wasser, Wein, Saft, Bier und Milch. Unglaublich - hatten wir so noch nie ! Wir waren knapp 24 Tage hier und haben sehr viel unternommen. Wir haben uns als sehr tielliebende Menschen auch furchtbar gefreut über Besuche von Nachbarshundis und Katzen. Alle sehr scheu oder gut erzogen aber niemals störend. Das allereinzigste nicht so schöne ist der sehr nahe Steinbruch und ein starkes Hundebellen aus einer bestimmten Richtung, fast wie wenn es da einen großen Zwinger gäbe. Stundenlanges sehr lautes Gebelle, und ab morgens 4:30 Uhr der Steinbruch. Da muss man leider die Fenster schließen, wir lieben es eben mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Dennoch hatten wir wirklich eine sehr schöne Zeit hier.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Es hat alles, was man braucht, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wein, Wasser, Milch, Saft im Kühlschrank vorhanden… wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Wunderschöne Strände in der Nähe innert 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar.

Grosses nettes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit schönem Aussenbereich.
Wir waren praktisch nur im Aussenbereich. Kochen, essen, duschen, spielen, relaxen- alles draussen. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Diskret, aber wenn was gebraucht wurde oder erklärt werden musste sofort reagiert. Alles super. Würden wieder dort buchen.
