I was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated during my visit. I was told by the front desk that I could not enter the buffet area because of my service dog, and that I needed to wait in the lobby instead. I calmly explained that he is a trained service dog, wearing his vest and proper tags, but I was still denied access. This experience was both embarrassing and discriminatory. I take pride in following all ADA regulations and always show respect for others and their establishments. My service dog, a 10-year-old Maltipoo, is trained to stay by my side at all times and provides essential assistance. I truly hope this business takes the time to educate their staff on ADA compliance and service animal rights to prevent this from happening to anyone else. For transparency, I also have the full interaction recorded on my Meta glasses.

Great place

The place is super clean, modern, and cheerful. Really good breakfast bar. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Stabucks and gas and food within blocks. Overall great stay.
