This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive to the nearest village where you can find everything you need, including 3 stunning beaches, one of them great for surfing. The house has 3 full bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom. One bedroom has a lounge area with a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.
Kindly note that the landscaping is still in progress and that the exteriors are still a work in progress but will be ready for sure for the summer. It is just a question of the grass growing and the flowers blooming :-)
