Beautiful waterfront condo with the boat slip! Its five o'clock somewhere...

Sipping morning coffee, watching boats zoom by through the main channel, watching turtles play in the water right below your balcony - that is where everyone wants to be!

Our beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will comfortably accommodate 5 guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed, separate bathroom with walk in closet as well as the door to the balcony. The other bathroom has a full size bed and the bunk bed. Living room has a couch, two recliner chairs, flat screen TV. The balcony has a brand new patio furniture set.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook and entertain here or go visit nearby restaurants and other attractions! Shopping, helicopter tours and many other attractions are within two miles.

Condo comes with 12' x 28' boat slip as well. There is NO boat lounge or boat trailer parking on the property. Please make arrangements with the nearby marina (we use Alhonna Resort and Marina).

There are two pools, guest house with exercise equipment and tennis court for you to enjoy.

NO GRILLS/BARBEQUE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
No smoking, no pets. 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM BOOKING.

Great Location!

Condo was clean and well-described. The porch is perfect for coffee in the morning and board games at night. We did not turn on the TVs once! We really enjoyed watching the turtles, fish, ducks, and the lone muskrat. There are two pools on property but only one was filled. We used the tennis court to play pickle ball. It is advertised with a boat slip and the owner gave us the information to use it but we saw in the clubhouse the printed rules for the HOA and it said that use of boat slips by non-owners could result in a $500 fine, so we felt a little sneaky... The only thing that would prevent us from staying here again is the master mattress; it sinks in the middle quite a bit and we found ourselves fighting that incline every night. Overall, great family time!

Convenient location on water

Condo was spacious and clean. It is dated some, but clean. The master bed mattress was really bad. It sloped towards the middle and you felt every movement. The boat slip is not setup for bass boats, but larger pontoons or ski boats. It has exposed metal pipe on the sides that can gouge/scratch your boat if you get under them. The owner needs to replace the plastic bumpers with ones that go all the way to the water. The unit has a great view of the main channel and it was very quiet in the complex.

Nice stay at a nice location

Condo was in a great location and very nice. It was clean, beds were comfortable and deck was nice to sit out on. Had everything we needed. One thing we weren't aware of is that there is nowhere to actually get into the lake without having a boat. There's no swimming off the docks and there's no beach to access the water.

Annual getaway.

Condo was described accurately. Came with a slip but ended up not using it as we were given a larger one from our other friends who are down there. Condo is in a great location to everything.
