We are conveniently located 1 mile off Hwy 54 on the lake in Osage Beach, 5 minutes from Lake Ozark, Mo and a 10 minute drive to the strip by the dam.

Your reserved parking spot is right in front of the condo. Walk up 12 stairs to the condo and you have one of the most beautiful views 45 feet above the lake without any neighbors above you.

New for 2026 - New drapes in the living room to match the new drapes in the bedroom.

New for 2024 - New Patio Bar Stools for the back deck.

New for 2023 - New Bedroom Furniture in the Owners Suite.

New for 2022 - New drapes and new painted white trim in the Owners Suite.

New for 2021 - New granite , with a new black quartz sink and faucet.

New for 2020 - New painted white enamel kitchen cabinets and a new washer and dryer.

New in 2018: WiFi and refrigerator. New in the master bedroom: new mattress, comforter and flat screen HDTV. New ceramic tile and new shower door in master bathroom.

New in 2017 Hardwood Flooring in the kitchen and family room.

You will love the beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace with cathedral ceiling and lighthouse decor. The unit has a sofa, loveseat, 42' flat screen HDTV, with DVD and surround sound. The unit also features new carpeting, windows and flooring.

On the back deck the patio funiture has seating for four with two additional folding bar stools in the second bedroom closet.
It is one of the best locations with a 2 mile view of the beautiful lake with incredible sunsets.
The pool is conveniently right below the condo.
There are two chairs with a table on the front deck with great views of the lake as well.
The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances, dishes, cups and utensils.

The master suite has the same view of the lake and has a sliding door to the deck. The master suite has a queen size bed, a walk in closet and its own bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath just outside the bedroom. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper. There is a queen inflatable mattress.

Our boat slip is located right below the unit and is 28 x 11. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby. There are many waterfront restaurants to choose from with great night life.

Indian Pointe is a great place to bring your family. We have 158 units with 3 swimming pools, tennis court, basketball court and playground. The upper pool by the clubhouse and playground is heated.

We are 10-30 minutes away from 12 championship golf courses designed by Arnie Palmer, Robert Trent Jones, Tom Weiskoff and Jack Nicholas, to name a few. We are 5-10 minutes away from several restaurants on and off the lake, and the the water park is 20 minutes away. The Ozark Amphitheatre is 25 minutes away.

There are barbecue grills up by the upper pool and playground.

Great location

Went for a long weekend with family. Have stayed several times and love the location and convenience to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts are incredibly responsive and communicate any changes and pertinent information. Will definitely stay again.

Great location and property for a relaxing weekend! Nice amenities on site and easy access from the highway also. Very clean and nice condo with a beautiful view of the lake especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee!

Fantastic accommodation and location.

This was our second stay at this location. The kitchen is well stocked. Very clean and well kept. The hosts are quick to respond and generous with the use of the boat slip. Great place!

Nice location on the lake with a great view. Too bad the weather didnt cooperate so we could get out in the sun. Quiet location. Close to outlet mall which still has a few great stores. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Ate at Wobbly Boots and JB Hooks for dinner. Great food at both. And check out Stewart's for breakfast.

Our experience here was first rate. From start to finish this condo met or exceeded all our needs! The view from the deck is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time watching the turtle party in the water below us. The pool is steps away from the front door. Everything from good food to sightseeing was all right there. We will be back!

Everything about our stay was awesome. He made sure we knew how to get to the condo from where we launched. The view from the bedroom and balcony was beautiful. It was great to just pull our boat in the covered slip. This is located right in the middle of all the fun places. The neighbors (Shelly) were very friendly and helpful as well. Everything we needed was there for us, we absolutely overpacked not knowing what to expect. We will definitely be returning soon. It was the perfect, much needed, hassle-free getaway that we needed. If I could give more than 5 stars, i absolutely would. Communication, location, relaxation, clean, all with that spectacular view.

Beautiful views!

The views from this condo are amazing. The kitchen had a broken drawer that grew more annoying as the week went on. Everything in the condo was functional but the floors and bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. The pool in the pictures is broken and looks like it has been for quite some time. There are other pools on the property but are a hassle to get to, especially since we chose this unit for the proximity to the pool.

Indian Pointe

Very nice condo with an amazing view of the lake! We stayed for 13 days and loved this rental. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners... Steve and Sheryl are very friendly and accomodating, striving to make sure everything is just right! For most of the trip, it was my husband and I. We did have 3 visitors for 5 nights and had no issues with being crowded. The pool is directly below the room, which was nice to keep an eye on the kids. Boat dock is also directly below the room. Lots of steps to the dock, but nothing terrible. There is a lot to do at Indian Pointe, although because we are boaters, we didn't use much of the offerings. Kids loved fishing from the boardwalk!
