This house has all the views of the main channel, but still has the cove feel to be able to use your own Private Covered Dock and Private Sandy BEACH!!! The dock can be used either as a swim platform or to tie up your boat.

This house is great for your entire family and fun for all ages with only 1 step into the house.

This house is has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with lots of room for your kiddos!

The Luxurious Master suite, panoramic lake view and spa-like master bath has a King size bed and Queen futon. A 65" Flat-screen smart TV and an AMAZING view of the Main Channel with your own private sliding glass door that leads out to the 1,000sqft deck which is lake front and a warm hot tub!

The 2nd bedroom is located in the lower level with a Queen size bed with an attached bathroom and 50" Flatscreen TV w/ cable.

The 3rd bedroom is located in the lower level with bunk beds - 1 set is a Full (bottom) with Twin (top) and a Queen size futon. Also contains 50" Flatscreen TV w/ cable and sliding glass door to the yard which is lake front.

Additional sleeping: Dining room is a separate room off of the kitchen that also has 2 Queen Futon’s.

The Living room has a 70" Flatscreen TV for all of those sports fans to get the BIG picture! This is the only room with cable with access to all NFL and MLB games!

This home is the ultimate vacation getaway for families or a group of friends. This home has a beautiful appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, high end appliances along with a laundry room off the kitchen with washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and BBQ needs, stunning outdoor dining areas, gas grill with 1,000+ sqft of deck for lounging or sunsets! This house has 2 concrete patios and 1,000sqft of deck for larger groups to enjoy or to have more privacy. This house also comes with a private boat dock that includes a gas fire pit, lounge chairs, a patio table, full surround sound stereo, wet stairs and a lowered swim platform for full enjoyment for your family! The dock also includes 1 PWC lift and a TRITOON for rental for your family to enjoy the full experience of Lake of the Ozark! YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE SANDY BEACH!!!!
