Welcome to “THE SEASCAPE RETREAT” a relaxing family-friendly lakefront condo with pool access at the heart of Osage Beach!

This fully equipped, 1700 sqft, 3 bedroom AND 3 bath condo sleeps 8 and is located at MM22 at the Seascape Complex which is central to bars, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, while still providing a quiet place to relax!

Boat slips are available for nightly fee.

RULES:
*Primary renter must provide copy of ID and sign renter agreement prior to arrival*
*No smoking of any kind*
*No party rentals*
*Minimum renter age 21*
*NO PETS/animal of any kind*
*No booking fees will be refunded. Booking fees are about 3% of total cost*



The condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with the following layout:

Bedroom 1: King bed w/ private bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/ private bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen bed w/ shared bathroom

All of the beds are comfortable and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, and all the cookware you will need. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, and TVs in all rooms.

This immaculate unit features abundant natural light, and the large outdoor deck provides enough space for everyone to eat out and enjoy the gorgeous lake views. The deck includes a BBQ grill and a ceiling fan to keep cool as well as 2 lounge chairs.

There is a large shared pool on the property which is very close to the unit!

This is a 5th-level unit in a modern 2005 building which includes a centrally located elevator.

This is a great central location in Osage Beach, which is the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks! You will find easy access to lakeside bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, boat rentals, and so much more!

You will have access to the whole space. It is a private condo and no other guests will have access. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo. There is a shared unit pool that all guests have access to.

Stay was great. Had an issue with the air conditioner leaking. We had to wipe up the floor and call to get it fixed. It took them a while to get there so we didn’t get to boat that afternoon. They did show up by late afternoon.

Wonderful property, had everything we needed for our family of 5 and gets 5 Stars. Kitchen fully stocked, amazing views of the lake from the huge screened in balcony, great pool, close to restaurants/boat rentals. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Great communication from the owner/property manager. Will be back!
