Location is very close to Hommachi station offering access to both midosuji line or yotsubashi. Walkable to both konbini and smaller restaurants. Room i stayed in was small but adequate for what we needed. Cleaning staff brought new towels every morning. Scheduled linen change. Be sure to select the correct APA hotel because there is another one nearby.

It was an APA that was a bit out of the way and not as busy as other APA in the area, but still great none the less. The lack of traffic made it easy to board the elevator, even though there were only two at this APA.

the smell of cigarettes was a little overpowering. the cold water in the shower was very weak, and the hot water is burning, so showering isnt possible. you need to take a bath, turn on the cold water for a while, and then turn on hot water.

A very nice stay

The stay was very good- friendly staff and clean. I wish that the western breakfast option was less Japanese style as very cold cabbage salad and potato salad are not so friendly with warm toast. Scrambled egg portion could have been larger than a spoonful, the small single ham slice could have been more generous and the coffee was not hot enough. The Japanese breakfast option was very nice and delicious. APA should supply actual photos of the breakfast to hotels.com because the photo I saw for breakfast at this location showed a large space with many buffet items on offer.
